摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating pedal for a working machine, having not only good operability fitting an operator with a non-slippery nice operation feeling in case of operation, but also convenient availability to use it as a foot rest while locking simly and surely in case non-operation. SOLUTION: In operating a pedal for a working machine enabling workers stepping manipulation to swing a pedal 31 in right and left directions, a lock plate 25 movable back and forth is located at the back of the pedal 31. In a locked situation which the lock plate 25 is moved forward, the lock plate 25 is arranged for swings of left and right by a pedal 31 to be locked by making the pedal 31 hold to the lock plate 25. In an operating situation which the lock plate 25 is moved backward, the lock plate 25 is arranged to function as a non skid mean by touching directly to an operators sole.
