    • PURPOSE: To fractionate and recover a metal sulfate in the form of pure solid, with simple procedure and low energy consumption, by adding a lower alcohol to an aqueous solution of a metal sulfate, stirring the mixture, and leaving at rest at room temperature or under cooling.
      CONSTITUTION: A lower alcohol is added to an aqueous solution to a metal sulfate at a constant temperature or during the cooling proecess from a high temperature to a low temperature. The amount of the alcohol is selected to be sufficient to separate the solid phase of pure sulfate or the phase of concentrated sulfate solution by stirring the mixture and leaving the product at rest. The objective pure solid sulfate is recovered from the obtained solid phase or the concentrated sulfate solution. When the aqueous solution contains plural kinds of metal sulfates, the fractional recovery is carried out selectively and successively from the easily separable salt taking into account the temperature, concentration, the kind of alcohol, etc.

    • 目的:为了分离和回收纯固体形式的金属硫酸盐,以简单的程序和低能耗,通过向金属硫酸盐的水溶液中加入低级醇,搅拌混合物,并在室温下静置或 在冷却下。 构成:将一种低级醇在恒定温度下或在从高温到低温的冷却过程中加入到金属硫酸盐中。 通过搅拌混合物并使产物静置,醇的量被选择为足以分离纯硫酸盐的固相或浓硫酸盐溶液的相。 从所得固相或浓硫酸盐溶液中回收目标纯固体硫酸盐。 当水溶液含有多种金属硫酸盐时,从容易分离的盐中考虑到温度,浓度,醇的种类等来选择性地和连续地进行分级回收。
