摘要： PURPOSE:To enable preparation of a hot melt bonding agent having a viscosity ranging from low to high by means of a single body of an extruder by a method wherein electric heaters are provided on the barrel of a double-axis screw extruder, orifices for circulating a cooling medium are made in a screw and thereby the flow rate and the temperature can be adjusted. CONSTITUTION:Electric heaters 5a are provided on a barrel 1, while orifices 5b for circulating a cooling medium being provided in a screw 2, and thus the temperature can be controlled by the cooling device 5b so as to prevent the wax from being melted and a tackifier from getting viscosity. Moreover, the loose compression is applied in a compressing-melting part 7 by reducing the depth of the groove of the screw 2 gradually toward a nozzle and, at the same time, all the material is made possible to be melted in this section by increasing the number of threads of the screw. In addition, an engaging dulmage-type kneading part composed of two sections or more is provided in a kneading part 8 for preventing the bypass of a melted substance of low viscosity. By matching the functions of a material-carrying part 6, the melting part 7 and the kneading part 8 with the properties of a hot melt bonding agent in this way, the extrusion of the hot melt bonding agent is made possible.
