    • A floor radiant heating system capable of separately heating an upper part and a lower part of a floor is provided to save heating cost by separately connecting an upper hot water pipe and a lower hot water pipe to a hot water distributor. A floor radiant heating system capable of separately heating an upper part and a lower part of a floor comprises a plurality of indoor temperature regulators, a plurality of hot water pipes, a boiler(5), a hot water distributor(30), a valve unit(4), and a valve controller. The plural indoor temperature regulators are installed in a plurality of indoor spaces(LR,R1~R3). The valve unit is composed of a plurality of valves(40,40a~40e) regulating hot water flux. The lower hot water pipe which is buried in a floor material of the lower part, and the upper hot water pipe which is buried in a floor material of the upper part are separately connected with the hot water distributor. The hot water distributor can differently set hot water flux for the upper and the lower hot water pipes.

    • A heating apparatus for a hypocaust system is provided to decrease energy loss, and to keep constant indoor temperature by accurately measuring temperature of heating water and outdoor temperature and controlling flow of heating water. A heating apparatus(1) includes a heating water pipe(10) arranged in a floor of a building divided into plural rooms(1a) to form a heating water passage, a heating unit(20) connected to the heating water pipe to heat water, a hot water supply header(30) and a hot water recovery header(40) installed between the heating unit and the heating water pipe to distribute and recover heating water from the heating unit, and a main temperature adjuster(50) installed in the room to set heating water temperature of the heating water pipe and indoor temperature according to the room and to indicate the operation state. The main temperature adjuster, valve actuators(220) and sensors(300,400) are electrically connected to a control unit(600). An outdoor temperature compensation detection sensor(500) is electrically connected to the main temperature adjuster, and valves(210) are controlled by the main control unit.
