    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately grasp an operation state of a monitor target facility at a glance, to improve a facility operation state monitoring capability and to improve monitoring efficiency while saving human power.SOLUTION: An operation state monitoring device comprises: a data collection section for collecting information and data required for monitoring operation states of a plurality of facilities; a state discrimination section for discriminating the operation states of the facilities by utilizing the information and data transferred from the data collection section; and a user interface section in which a concentric chart 50 is divided into sectors corresponding to various operation states of a monitor target facility, each operation state of the facility is indicated as a fan-shaped sector graph with the center of a concentric circle as an origin within a sector on the concentric chart corresponding to the state but the center graph is displayed in such a manner that the operation state of a corresponding facility is gradually out of a normal state as it separates from the center.

    • A method and system for providing actionable options, particularly reporting options, to a user of a building automation system via a user interface (UI) based on a current context of the user includes the system identifying contextual information associated with the UI in a building automation system. A list of predefined (reporting) options is then ranked based on a relevance of each of the predefined options to the contextual information. The ranked list is then presented to the UI. Ranking is achieved by assigning a relevance score to each of the predefined options based on the relevance of metadata associated with the predefined options to the contextual information associated with the UI. The contextual information includes source data from components and devices of the system associated with the user interface. A computer-readable device to store instructions executable by a processor to perform the operations described herein is also provided.
