이와 같은 구성으로 하는 것에 의해, 인자면 측에서 기록매체에 대해 인자를 실행할 수 있어 기록매체의 두께에 관계없이 인자를 실행할 수 있으며, 또한 발열소자를 기록매체에 대해서 이접하도록 가동할 수 있으므로 또는 기록매체의 인자할 부분의 두께에 따라 압압력을 변화시킬 수 있으므로, 통장 등의 2개의 대향하는 면에 인자할 필요가 있고 또한 두께가 변화하는 소책자에 대해서도 고정밀도로 인자를 실행할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
