摘要： A method for manufacturing a phosphor precursor by using a mixing device comprising: (a) at least one first inlet flow passage; (b) at least one second inlet flow passage, the first and the second inlet flow passages connect together so as to form a collision section; and (c) an outlet flow passage which is connected with the collision section, the method comprising the steps of: (i) supplying continuously a first and a second raw phosphor materials into the inlet flow passages; (ii) introducing the first and the second raw phosphor material solutions into the collision section so as to form a phosphor precursor; and (iii) releasing continuously the phosphor precursor from an exit of the outlet flow passage with controlling a Reynolds number of the phosphor precursor to be not less than 3000 while retaining the phosphor precursor in the outlet flow passage for not less than 0.001 seconds.

摘要： A device for converting solar radiation is described wherein the device comprises an inorganic luminescent material comprising a host material doped with Mn5+ ions for converting radiation of the UV and/or visible part of the electromagnetic spectrum into radiation of the near-infrared radiation part of the electromagnetic spectrum, preferably the infrared part between 1150 nm and 1250 nm, preferably around 1190 nm (the infrared emission peak of Mn5+); or, an amorphous host material doped with Sm2+ or Tm2+ ions, the amorphous host material including the elements Al, Si, O and N (SiAlON) for converting radiation of the UV and/or visible part of the electromagnetic spectrum into radiation of a longer wavelength, preferably a longer wavelength between 650 nm and 800 nm or a longer wavelength of around 1140 nm; and, at least one photovoltaic device for converting at least part of the converted radiation into electrical power.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide an inorganic phosphor having fluorescence properties emitting an orange or red light which has a longer wavelength as compared with the cases of conventional sialon phosphors activated with a rare earth.The invention relates to a design of white light-emitting diode rich in a red component and having good color-rendering properties by employing a solid solution crystal phase phosphor which uses as a host crystal an inorganic compound having the same crystal structure as that of a CaSiAlN3 crystal phase and to which M (wherein M is one or two or more elements selected from the group consisting of Mn, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, and Yb) is added as an emission center.

摘要： A process for preparing phosphor particles of a doped host oxide is described which comprises: preparing an aqueous solution of oxides of the host ion and of the dopant ion with sufficient strong acid to provide a pH less than 0.5, increasing the pH of the solution by the addition of a base comprising a Group 1A metal while maintaining the oxides in solution, adding a water soluble compound which decomposes under the reaction conditions to convert the material into hydroxy carbonate, heating the solution so as to cause said compound to decompose, recovering the resulting precipitate and calcining it at a temperature which is at least 500 DEG C.
