    • The present invention relates to a method for preparing soda ash and, more specifically, comprises: a step of preparing sodium bicarbonate by making high purity carbon dioxide react with high purity ammonia obtained from by-product gas produced in a manufacturing process of seawater desalination reverse osmosis concentration waste fluid at 10 to 30°C; and a step of manufacturing soda ash by treating the sodium bicarbonate with heat at 200 to 400°C. A method for preparing soda ash according to the present invention has low processing costs and has an effect of preparing sodium bicarbonate and soda ash with low energy. Also, economic benefits can be taken due to significant reduction in facility investment costs collecting carbon dioxide and ammonia and operating costs. Moreover, by recycling by-product gas generated when preparing synthetic natural gas and seawater desalination concentration waste fluid, environmental pollution can be prevented.
