    • A router bit system (10) and method are described. The system includes at least one shaping body (14) having at least one cutting blade (22) and at least one shank (20), at least one guide bearing (16) and a fastener (18) for detachably coupling the guide bearing (16) to said shaping body (14) in which the shank (20) includes at least one substantially flat surface for receiving a gripping device. The substantially flat surfaces of the shank (20) can include a plurality of raised ridges for providing a slip-resistant gripping surface. In addition, at least a portion of the substantially flat surface of the shank (20) can include a protective material. The cutting blades (22) of the shaping body (14) can remove a predetermined amount of material from a workpiece in which the predetermined amount of the material removed can be partially based upon a radius of the guide bearing (16).

    • The present invention relates to an anti-vibration structure of a cutting tool. The anti-vibration structure of the cutting tool according to the present invention comprises: a first tool holder (100) in which a first cylinder pocket (110) is formed on the inner side of a first cylinder body (102) and a first inner cylinder (120) is protruding from the inner end of the first cylinder pocket (110); a second tool holder (200) in which a second cylinder pocket (210) is formed on the inner side of a second cylinder body (202) and a second inner cylinder (220) is protruding from the inner end of the second cylinder pocket (210); a vibration reducing body (300) in which first and second pocket grooves (310, 320) are formed on both ends and first and second outer inserts (312, 322) having first and second inner inserts (314, 324) are formed on the outer sides of the first and second pocket grooves (310, 320) on both ends thereof; a first ring (410) which is arranged between the outer surface of the first inner cylinder (120) and the inner surface of the first pocket groove (310) and is contracted and restored; and a second ring (420) which is arranged between the outer surface of the second inner cylinder (220) and the inner surface of the second pocket groove (320) and is contracted and restored. The second tool holder is formed by welding the first end (140) of the first cylinder body (102) and the second end (240) of the second cylinder body (202) to each other in a body. The vibration reducing body reduces vibration by inserting the first inner cylinder (120) into the first pocket groove (310) and inserting the second inner cylinder (220) into the second pocket groove (320).
