    • PURPOSE:To enable the formation of a large-sized component as well by deforming the article to be formed which is pressed between the die having the recessed part for formation and a fold pressing plate along the dies recessed part by the pressure liquid to flow in from the aperture being provided on the pressing plate and by sealing the space between the article to be formed and the pressing plate. CONSTITUTION:A pressure liquid is flowed in from the pressure liquid inlet port 15 of a bed 12 simultaneously with pressing by a fastening power P the article 1 to be formed which is pinched between a die 14 and the fold pressing plate 13. The article 1 to be formed is then pushed up with passing this pressure liquid through the pressure liquid flowing in aperture of the plate 13 and deformed along the recessed part for formation of the die 14. In this case an annular groove is to be grooved on the plate 13 close by the outer peripheral part of the recessed part for formation and also the sealing stock consisting of an O ring 9 and backup ring 15 is to be fitted to this groove. The pressure liquid therefore acts only on the recessed part for formation without any leakage. In this case due to the area the pressure liquid affecting on being made minimum the press of big capacity is unnecessary and the formation of a large-sized component is possible as well with the constant fastening power of the press.

CONSTITUTION: In a hydroforming system(1) comprising a liquid chamber(10) the upper part of which is opened, in which liquid(60) is filled, and which applies liquid pressure to a plate(70) using the liquid pressure inside the liquid chamber(10); a plate holder(20) that is mounted on the upper part of the liquid chamber(10); a blank holder(30) for fixing the plate(70) put on the upper part of the plate holder(20); a fixing type die(40) which is inserted into the blank holder(30), and by which forming is performed as the plate(70) is being pressed; and a pressure valve(12) which is connected to the liquid chamber(10) so that the pressure valve(12) flows the liquid(60) into the liquid chamber(10), or discharges the liquid(60) from the inside of the liquid chamber(10), the dual hydroforming system comprises a pressure die(50) for forming a gas chamber(80) in the upper part of the blank holder(30) along with the blank holder(30), the fixing type die(40) and the plate(70); a plurality of gas passageways(42) which are installed in the fixing type die(40) so that gas(90) goes in and out from the outside of the fixing type die(40) to the gas chamber(80); and pressure valves(44) which are installed at the entrance of the gas passageways(42) so that the pressure valves(44) allow gas(90) to flow into the gas chamber(80), or exhaust gas(90) from the gas chamber(80) with the pressure valves(44) being connected to an external gas tank.

    • A molding apparatus has a multilayered structure with multiple die cavities, in which, one or a plurality of constraining components are each employed to pull both a stripper in a molding die and an adjacent sealing die by two ends, so as to strip the molded article and confine a distance between the two dies. Furthermore, during a molding process, a plurality of plates are each disposed between two dies. The molding apparatus is allowed to be closed gradually. After the molding, the molding apparatus is allowed to be opened gradually. When the stripper within the molding die and the sealing die both moved to be held by the two ends of the constraining components respectively, the stripper in each molding die will be pulled out by the buckle ring, thereby to strip the molded articles. Accordingly, a plurality of molded articles can be obtained in one molding operation.
