摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of fabricating to readily separate an electroformed orifice plate from a substrate base. SOLUTION: A system and a method are provided for fabricating the orifice plate 14 for use in an inkjet printing system. Initially, the substrate base 16 is provided, and a controlled-release layer 18 is applied to the surface of the substrate base 16. A conductive metal layer 20 is adherently deposited on the controlled-release layer 18. At least one dielectric peg 22 is formed on a portion of the conductive metal layer 20, and a nozzle layer 24 is applied on the conductive metal layer 20 to partially cover the dielectric peg 22. Photolithography is used to define a trench that covers the nozzles prior to formation of a second reinforcing layer. The controlled-release layer 18 is removed to separate the orifice plate from the substrate base 16. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment for printing all possible colors, which have a size being easily measured with an apparatus for converting colors to a standard color coordinate and contain all replacements of original color ink used for producing processed colors. SOLUTION: Each color printed in a color region of an output device is discriminated and correlated with an independent color coordinate system. Original color composition, necessary for reproducing reference colors in the color region of the output device, is shown. The degree that a source color deviates outside of the color region is determined. The nearest color among from the colors in the color region is specified through an interpolation method and the most adjacent color. Further, changes in the size of the color region can be predicted, on the basis of an operating method of an image related to the work flow. In order to determine the composition of colors in the color region, the source color can be correlated to a designated color region, after conversion. By extending this function, a method is obtained which determines the form and the degree of conversion of a work flow in a preceding process, necessary for maintaining the source color of the output device or eliminating it from a color set.

SOLUTION: A single fluid system 100 controls the multiple printheads of a continuous ink jet printer simultaneously and independently. An ink reservoir 104 supplies ink to the multiple printheads and a common vacuum device sucks ink from the multiple printheads so as to return the same to the ink reservoir. The system controls the concn. of ink to the multiple printheads to separately supply ink to the multiple printheads. The multiple printheads are independently supported by this single fluid controller so as to be independently operated in a mode as if they are controlled by the fluid system of the controller itself. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly remove ink without generating a related large pressure drop at an entrance of an ink return channel by utilizing a branched flow channel shape. SOLUTION: A pressure drop at branching nodes is minimized by guiding a flow from a combined branch part downward a connecting trunk. A trunk from a B3 branching node forms a branch part for a B2 branch part. At a B1 branch part, a fluid is removed by a port perpendicular to a face of flow channels. A branch-combining part is designed so as to avoid the pressure drop at the combining part, which is achieved by avoiding a right-angled T combining part. The branch part rather enters the combining part or trunk in the halfway while guiding the fluid downward a desired flow channel. Further, the trunk where the fluid of the branch part enters has a narrower breadth than a combination of branch parts. The pressure drop related to an expansion area is eliminated accordingly.
