    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase strength and to increase a tensile strength to the member to be fixed mounting side by a method wherein an insert element body embedded in a structure is formed in the shape of a barrel the outer peripheral surface of which forms a curved surface and a notch being a detent is formed in an end part. SOLUTION: An insert element body 7 in the shape of a barrel having a curved surface-form outer periphery is formed such that an axial screw hole 7a for fixing is formed at a central part in a radial direction, a detent notch 7b is formed in one end, and the outside diameter of the other end is reduced to a value lower than that of 7c. The insert element body 7 is embedded such that a cylinder body 9 having a fixing tool insertion hole 9a formed in an inner periphery is located between the surface of the structure 8 and the insert element body and the small part side forms the surface side of the structure 8. A fixing tool 10 is inserted in a member 6 to be fixed and the fixing tool insertion hole 9a and a coupling part 10a is joined in a screwed-in state with a hole 7a for fixing of the insert element body 7 and the member 6 to be fixed is attached to the structure 8. By forming the insert element 7 in the shape of a barrel, strength is increased and further the tensile strength of the insert element body 7, embedded in the structure 8, to the member to be fixed mounting side is increased.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fissure, crack and deterioration and to prevent the damage of an inserted cable by applying a permeable concrete strengthening agent of a water glass system on the concrete surface of a precast concrete perforated pipe. SOLUTION: If the outside surface of the perforated pipe is in a gritty state, the chemical materials included in rainwater and ground water are liable to penetrate such pipe and the deterioration of the pipe is worried. If the inside surface of the pipe is in the gritty state, the danger of damaging the cable at the time of insertion is high. An aq. soln. of sodium silicate expressed by Na2 O.nSiO2 (n is 2 to 4) is used as the chief material of the strengthening agent. This agent permeates the concrete and reacts with the calcium compd., aluminum compd., etc., in the concrete to form glass-like cured matter, thereby filling the gaps among the pores on the surface, making the surface structure denser and smoother and increasing its strength. While a method of applying the agent by immersing the pipe for specified time in a strengthening agent bath is simple and sure, the application of the agent on the inside and out of the pipe by the procedure for spray coating is equally well.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent the generation of cracks or voids by leaving a peripheral edge slightly on the rear surface of a PC board and constructing a concrete product construction foundation PC board on which a normal temperature hardened elastic body is laminated, on a crushed stone layer and forcing the board to follow an uneven surface. SOLUTION: A polyurethane-based normal temperature hardened elastic body 2 is laminated on the whole surface with an uniform thickness except for a peripheral edge which is slightly left over on one surface of a PC board which forms a joint comprising a projected part 3 and recessed part 4 on the end in the longitudinal direction, thereby forming a foundation PC board. The foundation PC boards are constructed on the crushed stone layer consolidated on an excavated ground with the normal temperature hardened elastic body 2 placed downward while they are being jointed with the uneven joint of the PC board. The normal temperature hardened elastic body 2 follows with the uneven or undulated areas on the crushed stone and buries the cavity, thereby supporting the layer PC boards elastically. At that time, the normal temperature hardened elastic body 2, while being subjected to deformation, is pushed and extended toward the peripheral edge but it is not extended to the outside of the peripheral edge. This construction makes it possible to lay concrete products on the top of the PC boards lined up horizontally.
