    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact pulley device with a free wheel capable of lubricating a bearing and the free wheel separately and being manufactured inexpensively.
      SOLUTION: The disengageable pulley device 1 has a pulley 2 mounted by a rolling bearing 4 and the free wheel 5 on an inside transmission element 3. The rolling bearing 4 has two rows of rolling elements 11, 12 being close to a same side of the pulley 2 in its axial direction. The free wheel 5 is provided at outside of the two rows of rolling elements in an axial direction which is opposite to a side equipped with the two rows of rolling elements 11, 12 of the pulley 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing metal parts whose service life can be extended due to the stabilization of a dislocation state.
      SOLUTION: This method for producing the metal parts composes; a) a step of performing a heat treatment for hardening the parts completed in a heating process, particularly, a tempering process or a phase dislocation process at a setting temperature (TE); b) a step of performing a planer work at least to the parts at a room temperature (TU) so that the parts are formed into the most desirable geometric shape; and c) a step of continuously heating the parts at the higher temperature (T) than the room temperature (TU), thereby extending the service life of the parts due to the stabilization of the dislocation state.
