    • PURPOSE: A composite valve which can control flow metering valve is provided to reduce noise according to pressure by dispersing flow pressure to a flow metering valve and a differential pressure valve. CONSTITUTION: A composite valve comprises a valve body(9), a first connecting part(4), a first fluid path guide, a second fluid passage guide, and a flow metering valve(100). The valve body comprises the fluid passage. The fluid passage interlinks an inlet port(1) and an outlet port(2). A second connecting part(6) and the second fluid passage guide are formed on the direction in which the outlet port is formed. The pressure value hanging on the differential pressure valve is controlled by the pressure difference which generates according to the change of the flow rate by the control of the flow metering valve.

    • A proportional control type differential pressure adjusting valve and a differential pressure adjusting system of a hot water distributor using the same are provided to maintain the differential pressure in a constant level by forming a flow rate control part in a cone shape. A proportional control type differential pressure adjusting valve comprises a valve body(10), a handle part(20) screw-jointed to the valve body, a flow rate adjusting part(30) for opening/closing the fluid passage and an operating spring(40) installed between a spindle of the handle part and the flow rate adjusting part . The valve body includes an intake port(11), a bracket coupling part(12), a fluid passage(13) formed between the intake port and the bracket coupling part, and an exhaust port(14) in vertical to the intake port. The flow rate adjusting part has a groove(31) formed at an inner side and a packing(32) installed at an outer side.
