A machine-to-machine (M2M) device transmits a first ranging request message including a M2M short message service (SMS) request indicating that the M2M device has a M2M SMS to transmit, and receives a first ranging response message including a M2M SMS response, a basic connection identifier (CID) and a temporary CID timer. If the M2M SMS request is accepted by a base station, the M2M device transmits a second ranging request message including the M2M SMS based on the basic CID, and receives a second ranging response message including a M2M SMS confirmation indicating whether the reception of the M2M SMS is successful or not by the base station.

摘要： The present invention relates to a broadband wireless access system, and more specifically, to a reliable group resource allocation method and an apparatus therefor. A group resource allocation operating method of a terminal in a broadband wireless access system according to one aspect of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving a message which includes group setup information from a base station; determining a channel identifier of a 1st map for group resource allocation received from the base station by using the group setup information; receiving a 2nd map from the base station which includes the channel identifier determined by the base station; comparing the channel identifier determined by the terminal with a channel identifier value included in the 2nd map; and transmitting an extended header which includes inconsistency information to the base station if the channel identifier of the 1st map determined by the terminal is inconsistent with the channel identifier value included in the 2nd map according to a comparison of the results.

摘要： A method for allocating various transmit time intervals (TTIs) if a sub-frame structure is used, in a radio access system is provided. A transmitter transmits a super frame header including TTI information of a sub-frame included in a super frame to a receiver and transmits a sub-map including resource allocation information to the receiver, thereby dynamically allocating the TTI. Since the TTI information may not be received via the sub-map in every sub-frame, it is possible to prevent waste of a radio resource.
