摘要： In einem galvanischen Element mit mindestens einer Lithium interkalier-enden Elektrode, dessen positive Elektrode einen im wesentlichen aus Aluminium bestehenden Kollektor enthält, besitzt der mit positivem E-lektrodenmaterial beschichtete Kollektor eine durch eine Kalandrierung zumindest teilweise aufgerissene Oxidschicht. Die aufgerissene Oxidschicht wird erzeugt durch Kalandrierung zwi-schen zwei fixierten Metallwalzen, die einen Spalt aufweisen, der kleiner ist als die Ausgangsdicke des durchzuführenden Materials und die Ka-landrierung erfolgt unmittelbar vor oder nach dem Aufbringen des positi-ven Elektrodenmaterials. Da die natürliche Oxidschicht des Aluminiums auf diese Weise auf-gebrochen ist, wird der Übergangswiderstand zum Kollektor effektiv ge-senkt.

摘要： A three-dimensional microbattery is disclosed, in which a depression, in which two chambers lying adjacent to one another in the substrate plane are implemented, is provided in a substrate. The active mass, which is impregnated with an electrolyte, of negative and positive electrodes is received in each of the chambers. A porous partition wall, which is impregnated with the electrolyte and prevents a passage of active electrode mass, is located between the two chambers. The free surfaces of the active mass of both electrodes and the partition wall lie in a plane with the surface of the substrate. The electrodes and the partition wall are hermetically sealed by a cover layer, which projects beyond the edge of the depression.

摘要： The invention relates to a galvanic element comprising at least one electrode that is intercalated with lithium, the positive electrode of said element containing a collector that essentially consists of aluminium. In said galvanic element, the collector that is coated with a positive electrode material comprises an oxide layer that has been at least partially broken up by calendering. Said oxide layer is broken up by a calendering process between two fixed metal rolls, which comprise a nip that is smaller than the initial thickness of the material to be calendered and said calendering process takes place immediately before or after the application of the positive electrode material. The transfer resistance to the collector is effectively reduced as the natural oxide layer of the aluminium is broken up in the aforementioned manner.
