摘要： A Ni-base superalloy having a chemical composition comprising Al: 4.5-7.0 wt %, Ta+Nb+Ti: 0.1-4.0 wt %, with Ta being less than 4.0 wt %, Mo: 1.0-8.0 wt %, W: 0.0-10.0 wt %, Re: 2.0-8.0 wt %, Hf: 0.0-1.0 wt %, Cr: 2.0-10.0 wt %, Co: 0.0-15.0 wt %, Ru: 0.0-5.0 wt %, and the balance being Ni and unavoidable impurities, and a method for producing the same are disclosed. The Ni-base superalloy has excellent creep property at high temperature and is suitable for use as a member at high temperature under high stress.

摘要： A liquid discharge head includes recording liquid flow paths communicated with plural discharge ports, a flow path formation member, upstream of the recording liquid flow paths, on which a recording liquid supply passage is provided, a recording liquid storing member, upstream of the recording liquid supply passage, in which a common liquid chamber is provided, a plug member for supplying recording liquid from the outside into the common liquid chamber, and a porous member at the end portion of the flow path formation member to remove dust particles and the like in recording liquid supplied from the common liquid chamber to the recording liquid supply passage. The porous member is arranged above a bottom face of the common liquid chamber.

摘要： The present invention discloses an elastic transformable body for adjusting vapor pressure, a vapor pressure adjustment chamber using the same, an ink-jet recording head having a vapor pressure adjustment device and an ink-jet recording device having the recording head, and more particularly to a vapor pressure adjustment device for adjusting negative pressure generated in a liquid chamber in an ink-jet recording head when discharging ink. The pressure adjustment chamber has at least one elastic transformation body having a changeable volume according to vapor pressure to adjust the vapor pressure in a container communicated thereto and a support for supporting the elastic transformation body to the container. In the pressure adjustment chamber, the elastic transformation body includes an approximately circular opening and two surfaces approximately flat before transformation at an outer circumference, in which the two surfaces have a shape extended through a curved portion at a front end opposite to the opening.

摘要： In a liquid ejecting apparatus in which ink is supplied from an ink tank to a print cartridge detachably mounted on a carriage through a tube, connection between an ink needle at a tube side and an interconnecting member at a cartridge side can sealingly be effected positively, and ink supplying and connecting means can be made compact. A closing film having a small hole and a central slit is provided at a tip end of an interconnecting member made of soft material and fitted into an ink flow-in projection portion of the print cartridge into which an ink needle is inserted. Further, a notched needle tip end avoiding configuration is provided at a lower part of a tip end of the projection portion so that abutment between the projection portion and the ink needle can be avoided when the print cartridge is mounted and dismounted, thereby reducing a shifting amount of a needle holding member.

The method includes selecting blocks of discharge energy generating elements to be ready for driving one after another continuously and causing the position to start the driving cycle for the discharge energy generating elements to be at a center portion of each of the elemental substrates away from respective seamed portions between the elemental substrates.
