    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesion between a sprayed coating and a base material by forming a sprayed coating on the surface of a base material and applying blasting treatment to its surface. SOLUTION: A thermal spraying apparatus 1 consists of a thermal spray gun 10 and blast guns 21, 22, which the provided so as to be capable of laterally reciprocating.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy powder with the use of an Al-Si alloy with a high Si content, suitable for an abrasion resistant member.
