摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the title film which has excellent abrasion and scratch resistance and neither releases a polymer dust resulting from film abrasion during calendering nor generates a burr, shavings, and a dust during slitting. CONSTITUTION:The title film is made from a polyester obtained from an acid component consisting mainly of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and at least one glycol component, and contains 100-10,000ppm fine inert inorganic compound particles having an average particle diameter of 0.01-0.5mum and a Mohs hardness of 5 or higher, 500-20,000ppm fine inert inorganic compound particles having an average particle diameter of 0.1-2.0mum and a Mohs hardness of 2.5 or higher but below 5, and 500-20,000ppm fine inert inorganic compound particles having an average particle diameter of 0.1-5.0mum and a Mohs hardness below 2.5. The film has a density, rho, of 1.388g/cm or higher, and the sum, Y, of the degrees of thermal shrinkage in the lengthwise and crosswise directions, respectively, of the film at 150 deg.C is 4.5% or higher.

SOLUTION: A copolymer having at least one kind of groups selected from among ammonium salt groups, phosphonium salt groups and sulfonium salt groups on the main chain and/or the side chains is preferable as the polymeric antibacterial agent, and a polyester resin which is formed mainly from a dicarboxylic acid component and a glycol component and contains units derived from a difunctional aromatic sulfonic acid-phosphonium salt represented by the formula is especially preferable. In the formula, A is an aromatic group; X1 and X2 are each an ester-forming functional group; and R1 to R4 are each an alkyl provided at least one of them is a 10-20C alkyl. A vinyl polymer having hydrophilic groups on the side chains is especially preferable as the hydrophilic substance. A polymeric antibacterial agent onto which a vinyl polymer having hydrophilic groups on the side chains has been grafted is especially preferable.

The component B is preferably a vinylic polymer (for example, a polyacrylic acid copolymer) having hydrophilic groups on side chains, and is preferably graft-copolymerized on the above polyester resin.
