摘要： A compact superconducting filter device can easily change a bandwidth and a center frequency without changing a pattern or shape of the filter. A filter pattern is formed on a substrate made of a dielectric material. The filter pattern is made of a superconductor material. A signal input line and a signal output line are formed on the substrate so as to extend from a periphery of the filter pattern. An adjust plate is located above the filter pattern with a predetermined distance therebetween. The adjust plate is formed of one of an electrically conductive material, a superconductive material and a dielectric material.

摘要： A heat insulation chamber according to the present invention is a heat insulation chamber which is made of heat insulating material and forms an inner chamber for accommodating an electronic part. This heat insulation chamber achieves coupling between the electronic part accommodated in the inner chamber formed within a cabinet and the outside of the cabinet by a radio transmission path or a coupling path by static coupling or inductive coupling. A thermostatic chamber and a cryostat according to the present invention comprise the aforementioned heat insulation chamber, a heat exchanger mounted in the heat insulation chamber, and a thermoregulator which maintains the temperature of the inner chamber accommodating the electronic part at an operating temperature of the electronic part through the heat exchanger. Equipments which adopt any heat insulation chambers, thermostatic chambers, or cryostats can be maintained so to have desired characteristics in a stable condition and accurately with their physical size kept from increasing greatly.

摘要： A superconducting circuit board is provided comprising a sintered alumina board containing more than 99% by weight of alumina and an interconnection pattern of an superconducting ceramics formed on the alumina board. Adhesion of the interconnection pattern to the alumina board is improved by an addition of Ti or Si coupling agent to a paste for forming the interconnection pattern. The use of copper powder in place of copper oxide powder as an ingredient forming a superconducting ceramics in the paste is advantageous for printing and obtaining a uniform superconducting ceramic pattern.

摘要： The coaxial connector 10 to be connected with a coaxial cable has a surface covering layer 20 formed of a metal material which causes an eutectic reaction with In on the surface of a terminal 12 which is a core conductor. Because of the surface covering layer 20 of a metal material which causes the eutectic reaction with In formed on the surface of the terminal of the coaxial connector, the terminal of the coaxial connector and the electrode of a superconductor device can be jointed to each other by the solder layer of In-based solder at a relatively low temperature. Thus, the discharge of oxygen from the inside of the superconductor film of a superconductor filter can be suppressed, and the decrease of the critical temperature TC can be suppressed.
