    • The invention pertains to a modular display for merchandising tubular cartridges containing adhesives, caulks, sealants or similar flowable elastomeric materials, where each cartridge contains a narrow dispensing nozzle at one end of the cartridge. The modular display unit comprises structural means for automatically aligning the cartridges horizontally and orientating the nozzles forwardly while stacking the cartridges in vertical rows by gravity feed. The internal structure includes a slotted front panel where the slot engages the narrowed nozzles but prevents passage of the enlarged tube end of the cartridge. The display unit enables the consumer to remove cartridges from the bottom and to reinsert cartridges at the top along with maintaining the intended forward orientation and horizontal alignment in the vertically stacked cartridges.

The fingers define portions of the edges of the opening in the body. A wedge has a base and a pair of resilient legs depending from the base. The wedge has a predetermined shape adapted for receipt in the body opening. The legs each have a notch formed therein. The mounting element is positioned with the resilient fingers in the supporting structure wall opening with the fingers locked to the supporting structure wall and the wedge is received in the body opening to interfere with the mounting element fingers flexing inward, securing the mounting element to the support structure.

    • A biased-assisted sign mounting system is for mounting a sign to a structure, that includes a vertical upright post having a face having a plurality of vertically extending, spaced apart openings. The mounting system includes a spine adapted to mount to the vertical post. The spine has a face portion. Upper and lower sign mount portions are mounted to the spine. At least one of the mount portions has a biasing element securing portion. Upper and lower arms are mounted to respective upper and lower sign mount portions. The arms each have a pivot defining collinear axes. One of the upper and lower arms has a biasing element securing portion. A biasing element operably connects one of the arms to its respective mount portion such that the arm is pivotal between first and second positions and is biased toward the first and second positions by the biasing element. A floating insert mounts the spine to the upright. The floating insert has a body portion for engaging the spine and the upright, and for spacing the spine face from the upright face. The floating insert has a latch portion disposed in the body that is engageable with the upright to secure the floating insert to the upright. The latch includes a fastener extending therefrom that is engageable with the spine to secure the spine to the floating insert. When the floating insert is engaged with the upright and the latch fastener is engaged with the spine, the spine is secured to the upright with the face portion of the spine spaced from the face of the upright.

    • A biased-assisted sign mounting system is for mounting a sign to a structure, that includes a vertical upright post having a face having a plurality of vertically extending, spaced apart openings. The mounting system includes a spine adapted to mount to the vertical post. The spine has a face portion. Upper and lower sign mount portions are mounted to the spine. At least one of the mount portions has a biasing element securing portion. Upper and lower arms are mounted to respective upper and lower sign mount portions. The arms each have a pivot defining collinear axes. One of the upper and lower arms has a biasing element securing portion. A biasing element operably connects one of the arms to its respective mount portion such that the arm is pivotal between first and second positions and is biased toward the first and second positions by the biasing element. A floating insert mounts the spine to the upright. The floating insert has a body portion for engaging the spine and the upright, and for spacing the spine face from the upright face. The floating insert has a latch portion disposed in the body that is engageable with the upright to secure the floating insert to the upright. The latch includes a fastener extending therefrom that is engageable with the spine to secure the spine to the floating insert. When the floating insert is engaged with the upright and the latch fastener is engaged with the spine, the spine is secured to the upright with the face portion of the spine spaced from the face of the upright.

    • A hinge mounting assembly for an associated door panel is used for mounting to a panel to a storage rack. The rack generally includes at least one post having a front face and a side face. The front face has slots therein and the door panel generally has at least one bore defined therein. The hinge mounting assembly has a post plate and a door clamping member. The post plate has a hinge portion with a first end and a second end. The first end has bearing surfaces and an intermediate helical bearing surface. A door clamping member is pivotally mounted to the post plate. The door clamping member has a hinge post with a bearing surfaces and a helical bearing surface. The helical bearing surfaces enable the hinge mounting assembly to be “self closing” as well as reversibly mounted to the post.

The mounting portion is formed at an edge of the graphic and includes a plurality of hook-like elements, each having a barb at an end thereof. The hook-like elements are configured for insertion into an associated graphic spine opening and the graphic is movable for engaging each barb with an associated graphic locking wall to secure the graphic to the spine.

    • The present invention discloses a universal device to attach signs to a various types of shelving units while providing access to all the shelf space. The device includes a bracket that removably connects to the shelf and a telescoping mount that rotatably connects to the bracket. The bracket includes an upper arm to attach to the shelf and an connecting member to connect to the telescoping mount. The connecting member includes a pivot portion and a lock portion that are interchangeable so that the telescoping mount rotates both upwardly and downwardly depending on how it is attached to the connecting bracket. The telescoping mount is made of a first and second elongated member that are slidably connected to one another so that the device can support signs of various widths. The telescoping mount also includes a locking member to hold the elongated members in a selected position.
