    • A biased-assisted sign mounting system for mounting an associated sign to an associated structure includes a mount portion configured for attaching to the structure, an arm mounted to the mount portion and having a pivot portion defining a pivot axis about the mount portion, and a biasing element operably connected to the mount portion and to the arm. The mount and arm each have a biasing element capturing portion at which the biasing element is captured. The biasing element is moveable between a more stressed state and a less stressed state. The arm is pivotal between first and second positions and is stopped at the first and second positions by engagement with the mounting portion. The arm is secured into the first and second positions by the biasing element tending toward the less stressed state and, when the arm is disposed between the first and second positions, the biasing element is urged into the more stressed state.

    • A molded bracket for mounting a sign to a post includes a locking arrangement to lock the bracket to the post. The bracket includes a main body portion having first and second retaining elements spaced from one another configured for engagement with the post by insertion into first and second post slots. The retaining elements engage an interior surface of the post at the slots. The main body portion is formed from a resilient material in an arcuate shape and extends away from the post intermediate the first and second retaining elements. A flexible locking arm extends from the main body intermediate the first and second retaining elements. The locking arm has a portion that extends non-linearly from the body and includes a head for insertion into a third slot in the post intermediate the first and second post slots and a latching element for engagement with the third slot. The latching element engages the post at the slot to maintain the bracket secured to the post. The bracket includes a coupling portion for mounting the sign to the bracket.

    • A sign mounting system for pivotally mounting a sign to an associated storage rack includes a bracket having substantially vertical and horizontal legs contiguous with one another, and a mounting arm pivotally mounted to the bracket by a pivot pin. The bracket legs each define a free end having an engaging portion disposed at about each free end. The bracket further defines a mounting arm receiving region and a pin receiving region at about a juncture of the legs. The mounting arm has an elongated mounting member configured for securing a sign thereto and a pivot portion at an end of the mounting arm. The pivot portion includes first and second engaging portions adapted to engage the vertical and horizontal leg engaging portions, respectively. The pivot pin is mounted to the mounting arm and pivotal about the bracket for positioning and securing the sign in an upwardly oriented storage position and a downwardly oriented display position. The arm engaging portions frictionally engage their leg engaging portions to maintain the sign in the display and storage positions.

    • The invention pertains to a modular display for merchandising tubular cartridges containing adhesives, caulks, sealants or similar flowable elastomeric materials, where each cartridge contains a narrow dispensing nozzle at one end of the cartridge. The modular display unit comprises structural means for automatically aligning the cartridges horizontally and orientating the nozzles forwardly while stacking the cartridges in vertical rows by gravity feed. The internal structure includes a slotted front panel where the slot engages the narrowed nozzles but prevents passage of the enlarged tube end of the cartridge. The display unit enables the consumer to remove cartridges from the bottom and to reinsert cartridges at the top along with maintaining the intended forward orientation and horizontal alignment in the vertically stacked cartridges.

    • A biased-assisted sign mounting system is for mounting a sign to a structure, that includes a vertical upright post having a face having a plurality of vertically extending, spaced apart openings. The mounting system includes a spine adapted to mount to the vertical post. The spine has a face portion. Upper and lower sign mount portions are mounted to the spine. At least one of the mount portions has a biasing element securing portion. Upper and lower arms are mounted to respective upper and lower sign mount portions. The arms each have a pivot defining collinear axes. One of the upper and lower arms has a biasing element securing portion. A biasing element operably connects one of the arms to its respective mount portion such that the arm is pivotal between first and second positions and is biased toward the first and second positions by the biasing element. A floating insert mounts the spine to the upright. The floating insert has a body portion for engaging the spine and the upright, and for spacing the spine face from the upright face. The floating insert has a latch portion disposed in the body that is engageable with the upright to secure the floating insert to the upright. The latch includes a fastener extending therefrom that is engageable with the spine to secure the spine to the floating insert. When the floating insert is engaged with the upright and the latch fastener is engaged with the spine, the spine is secured to the upright with the face portion of the spine spaced from the face of the upright.

    • The present invention discloses a universal device to attach signs to a various types of shelving units while providing access to all the shelf space. The device includes a bracket that removably connects to the shelf and a telescoping mount that rotatably connects to the bracket. The bracket includes an upper arm to attach to the shelf and an connecting member to connect to the telescoping mount. The connecting member includes a pivot portion and a lock portion that are interchangeable so that the telescoping mount rotates both upwardly and downwardly depending on how it is attached to the connecting bracket. The telescoping mount is made of a first and second elongated member that are slidably connected to one another so that the device can support signs of various widths. The telescoping mount also includes a locking member to hold the elongated members in a selected position.
