    • PURPOSE: To prevent the adhesion of the loops of a superconductive wire rod to each other during heat treatment when the wire rod is wound around a metallic bobbin and heat treated, by winding a metallic wire around the bobbin in layers before the wire rod to be heat treated is wound around the bobbin.
      CONSTITUTION: A metallic wire 4 such as a Cu or stainless steel wire is wound around the winding drum 3 of a metallic bobbin 2 in layers. A superconductive wire rod 1 having a multicore structure is wound on the metallic wire 4 in layers and heat treated in a heat treating furnace. Pressure applied by the expansion of the wire rod 1 during the heat treatment is absorbed in the wound metallic wire 4, so the adhesion of the loops of the wire rod 1 to each other due to the pressure is prevented.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain easily a composite metallic pipe with high accuracy arranging alternately a high and low conductivities by boring in a tubular shape the composite body unified with hot work after the metallic rod embedding the material having low conductivity being inserted into the tube of high conductivity.
      CONSTITUTION: Plural recessed grooves which are along the axial direction on the outer peripheral part of the metallic rod 10 consisting of the material having a high conductivity are formed. Then, after the material 12 having a low conductivity being accomodated into the recessed groove thereof it is inserted into the pipe 13 consisting of a high conductivity. After sealing both ends of the pipe 13, then a composite body 15 is made with the hot extrusion of the pipe 13 thereof. With the removal of the inner part and the peripheral part of the composite body 15 thereof a composite metallic pipe 9 is then obtd.
