摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain working gloves, etc., having excellent anti-bacterium properties without loss of stretchability and air permeability in simple treatment with a low cost by applying a resin composition containing anti-bacterium powder, resin and solvent to base cloth through rough screen mesh. CONSTITUTION:(A) 5-20wt.% (solid content in resin composition) resin (e.g., starch) is mixed with (B) anti-bacterium powder (e.g., powder composed of at least a part of ion capable of ion-interchanging in zeolite or amorphous aluminosilicate is substituted with silver-, copper- or zinc-ion) and (C) solvent to obtain a resin composition. Then, 0.3-1g the resin composition to 1m base cloth is printed to the cloth through 20-60 mesh screen to afford the aimed working gloves.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the titled molding having excellent antibacterial and antifungal activities, by heat-treating a mixture of a polyolefin resin and specified fine powder of activated zeolite. CONSTITUTION:0.01% (on a dry basis) to a saturation amount of at least one metal (a) having a germicidal activity, selected from among silver, copper, zinc and tin is incorporated in porous zeolite (b) having a high surface area and an ion exchange capacity of not lower than 1meq/g on a dry basis, and the mixture is activated by heating to obtain an activated fine zeolite powder (B) having a water content of not higher than 5% and an average particle size of not larger than 10mum. A polyolefin resin (A) (e.g., PE) is mixed with the component B to obtain a mixture having an antibacterial zeolite content of 0.05% on a dry basis. The mixture is treated at 300 deg.C or lower to disperse the component B in the component A.

The antimicrobial zeolite is formed by substituting ion exchangeable ions with ammonium ions and antimicrobial metal ions and preferably includes ions of silver, copper or zinc.

The resins forming the resin coat layer include polyvinyl alcohol, alkyl resins, aminoalkyd resins, acrylic resins, vinyl resins, epoxy resins, urethane resins, phenol resins, and chloride rubbers.
