摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-level setting valve installed at the footpath or balk of a steplike terrace paddy field to successively supply water from the upper paddy field to the lower paddy field to control the water level of each paddy field at a prescribed level and provide an irrigation system using the valve. SOLUTION: An inlet port 11a and an outlet port 11b are opened on the side wall 11 of a cylindrical main body 1 and the outlet port 11b is openably closed with a gate 5. An extensible bellow pipe 3 connected to a water-supplying port 12a opened on the bottom wall 12 of the cylindrical main body 1 is vertically extended from the bottom wall 12. An action lever 4 standing from the upper end of the bellow pipe 3 is fixed in a vertically movable state to a frame 14 extended on the top of the cylindrical main body 1. The water-supplying port 12a of the upper level-setting valve is connected to the inlet port 11a of the lower level-setting valve through a pipe 2. The water-level of a paddy field can be adjusted simply by setting the upper end of the extensible bellow pipe to a prescribed height.

On the other hand, the water level is at lower position A, water flow from an intake port 131 is released through a middle chamber 13, the communication bore 115 and a discharge chamber 11 since the water stop float 2 is at a lower position. A small amount of water is continued to be discharged to the field until the water level reaches the highest position B. Thus, the good use of irrigation water and the saving of time required for the water control are achieved by the simple construction.

摘要： PURPOSE:To terminate a supply of water and enable a manual valve opening operation by using two floats which are operated in response to a desired level of water in a rice paddy. CONSTITUTION:Valve shaft 8 is descended by operating a handle 7, a water stopping float 2 is pushed down by the lower end of the valve shaft to open the tap plug. After the opening of the tap plug, the valve shaft 8 is moved up again and the lower end of the valve shaft is kept positioned over the partition wall 15. Then, the water supply from the water source is flowed into the intermediate chamber 13 at the water inlet port 131 and discharged out from the drain port 111 via upper chamber 12, discharging chamber 11 and finally into a rice paddy. Then, the water level float 3 in the paddy is moved up as the water level in the field rises and along with this movement the water stopping tap float 2 is moved up in the chamber 12, closely contacted with the rubber ring 5 to provide a positive closing of the plug.

A movement of both piping spacers 5, 6 is adjusted such that they exist at a cross position of the pipings 1, 3 and after both pipings 1, 3 are retained at a predetermined space, a soil, a sand, etc., are back filled to complete the construction work. Thereby, a damage caused by a friction, an impact, etc., at a surface of the piping 1, 3 crossing is prevented.
