    • The invention relates to a sheathed-element glow plug for arranging in the combustion chamber of air compressing internal combustion engines. The inventive sheathed-element glow plug has a tubular metal housing in whose longitudinal boring a glow plug is fixed with a part of the length thereof in a sealed manner, whereby the glow plug has a thin-walled ignition tube which is closed with a base on the ignition tube end located on combustion chamber side. A resistor element which extends in an axial direction is arranged in the inner area of the ignition tube. Said element is comprised of a glow plug filament arranged on the combustion chamber side and a control helix arranged outside the combustion chamber. The control helix arranged outside the combustion chamber is provided with a connection part for the electric current, and the glow plug filament arranged on the combustion chamber side is electrically connected to the base of the ignition tube. The resistance of the control helix amounts to approximately 100 to 150 mΦ, and the current is supplied with clock pulses through the resistor element after the starting temperature has been reached.

    • The invention relates to a fuel injection valve, comprising a valve body (1), in which a drilling (3) with a conical valve seat (9) and at least one injection opening (11) are embodied.
