摘要： A signal communication apparatus includes a transmission component, a reception component and an identification information storage component. The transmission component is connectable to an information processing device and a signal propagation medium, and transmits an inputted image signal through the connected signal propagation medium. The reception component is connectable with an image display device and the signal propagation medium, receives the image signal transmitted from the transmission component through the connected signal propagation medium, and outputs the image signal to the connected image display device. The identification information storage component is removably attached to the transmission component, and stores identification information for identifying the image display device. The information processing device acquires the identification information from the identification information storage component connected to the connected transmission component, and outputs the image signal to the connected transmission component in accordance with at least a portion of the acquired identification information.

摘要： A laser unit which has an improved reliability in a measured value of a power correction coefficient used to correct a laser output command. Immediately before the laser oscillator starts discharging after a power supply is turned on, the initial value of a number (or index) for carrying out a warm-up operation is set to zero. A temperature measuring device measures a temperature of a prescribed part of the laser oscillator, and it is decided whether the measured temperature has reached a predetermined temperature. When the measured temperature has reached the predetermined temperature, a normal laser oscillator start processing is executed, and a power correction coefficient is calculated/updated, thereby ending the process. When the measured temperature has not reached the predetermined temperature, the number of times of carrying out a warm-up operation is checked, and the oscillator executes the warm-up operation until the predetermined temperature is obtained within a given number of times. When the number of times of carrying out the warm-up operation exceeds the given number of times, an alarm is displayed to stop the operation of the laser oscillator. Also, an internal discharge carried out to obtain a power correction coefficient may be utilized for the warm-up operation.

摘要： The present invention provides a thermal stable low elastic modulus material, which has high thermal stability, is little in change in dynamic characteristics such as coefficient of thermal expansion and elastic modulus within a temperature of −50° C. to 300° C., has an elastic modulus at room temperature of 2-0.01 GPa and is high in reliability of electric insulation regardless of a temperature fluctuation, and provides a semiconductor device using the same. The present invention also provides a thermal stable low elastic modulus resin composition obtained by heat-curing a mixture containing a polyimide, polyamide-imide or polyamide resin or resin precursor, whose cured product has an elastic modulus measured at −50° C. of 2-0.01 GPa, and an oligomer of an organosilicon compound having a functional group capable of causing addition reaction with an NH and/or COOH group.

摘要： A display device having a memory property capable of maintaining a displayed information even in a state of being separated away from a power source as a result of decreasing the effect of external noise. The display device is detachably attached to a control unit that includes a drive circuit and a power source for driving the display device. The display device has a memory property and maintains the displayed image even in a state of being detached from the control unit. An input protection portion which is an electric load such as resistor, IC or capacitor is provided for the input portion leading to matrix electrodes from the connection terminals for electrically connecting the display device to the control unit. This prevents the infiltration of noise through the connection terminals and lowers a change in the displayed image.
