    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse detection unit and a pulse detection device capable of simplifying an installation work, and reducing construction cost.
      SOLUTION: This unit is equipped with reactors 3, 4 provided so as to be penetrated by a pulse signal wire 105; a signal amplifying circuit 7 for amplifying a signal generated in winding of the reactors when a pulse is transmitted from a watt-hour meter for dealing; a signal detection circuit 8 for detecting the signal amplified by the signal amplifying circuit; a pulse conversion circuit 9 for converting the signal detected by the signal detection circuit into a pulse; a pulse output circuit 10 for outputting the pulse converted by the pulse conversion circuit to a demand monitoring device; a power source input circuit 11 to which a direct-current power is supplied from the demand monitoring device, for supplying the direct-current power to the signal amplifying circuit, the signal detection circuit, the pulse conversion circuit and the pulse output circuit; and a casing 13 for storing the reactors, the signal amplifying circuit, the signal detection circuit, the pulse conversion circuit, the pulse output circuit and the power source input circuit.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable formation of a humidity-resistant protective layer, even on a chip or a discrete component through the formation of a protective layer by impregnating a soft and resin permeable protective sheet with coating resin and hardening it on parts such as connecting terminals which are electrically connected to wiring patterns and which should be protected against a corrosive atmosphere. SOLUTION: Liquid coating resin is sprayed on a protective sheet 010, which covers chip components 08 and a discrete component 10 as a whole and is spread on a substrate 01 via the network of the protective sheet 010. Space among the protective sheet, the mounted components and the substrate 01 is filled with the coating resin by the capillarity and the surface tension of the resin. The protective sheet 010 is closely adhered to the substrate 01 and the components 08 and 010 by the viscosity of the coating resin. The protective sheet 010 is heated and dried to form a strong protective layer on the substrate 010. The size of the network of the protective sheet 010 is made smaller than the outer size of connecting terminals 10a so as not to allow the ends of them to jump out of the net.

    • PURPOSE: To decrease the number of handlings of a cartridge by rewriting an initialized code written on a memory cartridge while being subjected to read processing into a not read code and writing the data and adding an end code.
      CONSTITUTION: The memory cartridge 1 in initializing state is connected to a data processor 10 by a connector and in operating an operation section 18, a code A representing writable state by a memory control section 3 of the cartridge 1 is written on an IC memory 2 via a write section 14. In connecting the cartridge 1 to a load survey meter by a connector, the code A is converted into a code B representing not read, data and an end code C from a terminal device are written in succession to the code B. The data written on the cartridge 1 is read by the device 10 based on the codes B and C surely, the code B is converted into the A by the device 10 and writing is conducted. Thus, the connection disconnection of the cartridge for clearing data is not required, the number of handlings of the cartridge is decreased and the long service life of the connector is attained.
