摘要： PURPOSE:To uniformly fuse the whole body by disposing a heating wire in a thermoplastic resin layer formed to make contact with the body to be connected outer circumferential part in such a manner that the distance from the resin layer bore part is large in the center part and small in the both end parts. CONSTITUTION:In an electrofusion joint 1, an uncross-linked polyolefin layer 2b having a heating wire 3 provided therein is formed on the inner both sides of a tubular cross-linked polyolefin layer 2a of a joint body in such a manner as to make contact with bodies 4, 5 to be connected. The heating wire 3 is disposed in such a manner that the distance from the bore surface of the layer 2b is large in the center part and small in the both end parts. The bodies 4, 5 to be connected such as polyolefin tubes are inserted from the both ends of the joint body 1 and butted to each other in a butt part 7, and the heating wire 3 is energized to melt the uncross-linked polyolefin layer 2b, which is then fused to the bodies 4, 5 to be connected and integrated therewith. Hence, the whole body can be uniformly fused to improve sealing property.

摘要： PURPOSE:To conduct even and uniform fusion by providing a heating wire having a rough center part and close both end parts in the inner part of a thermoplastic resin layer formed to make contact with the outer circumferential part of a body to be connected or on the outer surface or inner surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:In an electrofusion joint 1, an uncross-linked polyolefin layer 2b as a thermoplastic resin layer is formed integrally with a tubular cross-linked polyolefin layer 2a constituting a joint body in a position contacting with the inner bodies 4, 5, to be connected and a coil formed heating wire 3 having a rough center part and close both end parts is disposed in the inner part of this uncross-linked polyolefin layer or on the outer or inner surface thereof. The bodies to be connected 4, 5 formed of tubes having thermoplastic resin layers such as polyolefin are inserted into a resin layer 2 in such a manner as to make contact with the uncross-linked polyolefin layer 2b, and the heating wire 3 is energized, whereby the uncross-linked polyolefin layer 2b is uniformly melted by the coil density by difference and fused to the bodies 4, 5 to be connected. Hence, pressure resistance and sealing property can be improved.

The header 1 is used by connecting a hot water supply main pile from a heat source equipment with an inlet side faucet 11 and connecting branch pipes to each tap with outlet side faucets 12a-12d. In this case, the connecting member 26 is connected to the connecting terminals of the hot water supply main pipe and branch pipes which are pipes to be connected by using a screw part 27.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to use even for flammable fluid pipeline as well as to improve the extent of sealability between a saddle body and the existing pipeline by preventing a spark at time of pipeline cutting, and attaching a saddle ring and fireproofing packing after surrounding an interconnecting port of the saddle body so as to surround an outer circumferential surface of the pipeline. CONSTITUTION:A saddle body 2 is surrounded by a clamp 4 and tightly attached to a branch position of an existing pipeline 1 with a bolt 6 without stopping a fluid in the pipeline. Next, when a drilling device 10 is driven by dint of explosive power of powder 15, the pipeline 1 is cut off by a cutting edge 12 of a piston body 13, thus a branch hole 37 is formable. Here this piston 13 forms a hard cost of a nickel alloy on its surface, thereby preventing a spark at time of pipe cutting from occurring, so that it is also applicable even for a flammable fluid pipeline. In addition, a saddle ring and fireproofing packing are attached to a semicylindrical surface-form surrounded surface 3 of the saddle body 13 so as to surround an interconnecting port 8, surrounding an outer circumferential surface of the pipeline 1. Accordingly, since the extent of sealability between the saddle body 2 and the existing pipeline 1 is improvable, even such a fluid as high in permeability for gas or the like can be sealed with certainty.

CONSTITUTION:A ball valve 1 is composed of a body 2 having a valve chamber 5 and inflow and outflow holes 6, 7, a ball 3 having a through hole 8 communicating with these holes, and a stem 4 unrotatably led to the ball 3 and fitted in a stem hole 9. A cap 10 which wraps the inflow hole 7 and the stem 4 is detachably mounted on the body from the inflow hole side, while a gap between the body 2 and the cap 10 is doubly sealed by the contact of abutting faces 11, 12 therebetween and the mounting of a gasket 13 in a position other than the abutting faces 11, 12. As a result, there is no danger of gas leak even if the ball valve is carelessly closed or the closure is incomplete.

SOLUTION: The joint for a flexible tube is provided with a cylindrical body 11, an annular retainer 44 and a push ring 25. While having the outer peripheral surface 47 which can come into contact with a tapered surface 37 of the tip inner surface of the press ring 25 and an inward protrusion 45 in the radial direction, the retainer 44 comprises a metal made compact 50, in which a notch 48 in the axial direction formed from the side of the protrusion 45 is provided at a plurality of positions in the peripheral direction, the peripheral edge of a block-shaped part 54 partitioned by the notch of the metallic compact 50, and a synthetic resin compact 60 with elasticity which is mounted in such a manner that a ring shaped part on the end side of the notch in the axial direction is covered. The surface of the protrusion is made restorable and deformable due to the elasticity of the synthetic resin compact 60, so as to be engaged with the root in an outer periphery of a corrugated pipe.

By inserting the corrugated tube 2, a response that the corrugated tube 2 hits on the means 41 presenting the click action is provided. When inserting force is further imparted to the corrugated tube 2, receiving the response, the corrugated tube 2 is further inserted into the coupling by the inserting force and the response is released.

When, with a retainer 44 engaged with the corrugated pipe 2, the press ring 25 is further screwed in the cylindrical body 11, the protrusion 19 is deformed by the press ring 25 and further screwing of the press ring 25 is allowed. Through further screwing of the press ring 25, the crest part 4 of the tip of the corrugated pipe 2 is crushed between the retainer 44 and the contact surface 23 of the cylindrical body 11.
