SOLUTION: A method for forming a printing sheet by providing ink information to the base material to be printed via a printing mechanism (2) while rewinding and conveying a wound material (13) of a linerless printing sheet (1) having an adhesive layer (12) on the rear surface of a base material to be printed (11) without a protection cover via a conveyance roll (21) comprising a silicone rubber containing a silicone oil, and a device for implementing the forming method with a conveyance roll having a large number of communication holes for communicating the inside of the shaft and the surface of the shaft and a supporting shaft containing a silicone oil in the inside of the shaft for supplying the oil from the inside of the shaft to the surface of the shaft via the communicating holes, are provided.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer having a long lifetime and an easy-to-manufacture roll in which a linerless print sheet can be fed out in stable state from a roll thereof at the time of printing, printing can be resumed stably even after long term interruption and such good print characteristics can be sustained for a long term. SOLUTION: The printer comprises a print mechanism 2 for forming ink information 26 on the surface of a linerless print sheet 1 having an adhesive layer 12 formed on the rear surface of a basic material 11 to be printed, and a carry roll 21 for feeding out the sheet 1 from a roll 13 thereof and carrying the sheet 1. Ink information 26 is formed on the sheet 1 by means of the print mechanism 2 while carrying the sheet 1 through the roll 21. The roll 21 carries the sheet 1 while touching the adhesive layer 12 and at least the surface of the roll 21 is formed of a silicon rubber having irregularities on the surface.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a manufacturing method for printing sheets, or a thermal transfer printer in which printing sheets can be efficiently produced at a printing speed substantially equal to when a wax-based ink ribbon is used even when a resin-based ink ribbon superior in the thermal stability and the like is used by adding simple improvements without greatly changing the conventional thermal transfer printer mechanism while making use of the most of the mechanism as it is, and a thermal head is made superior in the durability. SOLUTION: There is provided the manufacturing method for the printing sheet (8). In the method, when a sheet (1) to be printed which is a rolled winding body (11) is rewound and transferred via a transfer roll (5), and ink information is applied via a thermal transfer printing mechanism (5, 6 and 7) to the rewinding part, at least either the rewinding part of the sheet or the ink ribbon for thermal transfer at the printing mechanism is preheated (3 and 4) at a process prior to the process of applying the ink information.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize an infallible and smooth label peeling and feeding work by providing a label receiver which reciprocates forwards and rear-wards between a starting position apart from a terminal edge of a peeling table and a label receiving position near the terminal edge, and takes a horizontal attitude at the starting position and changes its position from the horizontal attitude to a tilted one with a rising tip end at the label receiving position. CONSTITUTION:A separator 1 formed in a continuous tape with labels sticked on its upper surface is guided forwards along an upper surface of a peeling table, and transferred and collected by a transfer roller 3. In a label receiving mechanism which is arranged forwards, an operation lever 10 collides with a stopper 15 at a starting position where a movable stand 6 which can move forwards and rearwards horizontally along a guide rail 5 goes back most, whereby the label receiver 9 is held in a horizontal attitude. If the movable stand 6 advances by a prescribed distance and the operation lever 10 reaches a label receiving position, the label receiving stand 9 takes a tilted attitude with a rising tip end, which comes near a terminal edge of the peeling table 2. By this the separator 1 is drawn downward and labels are fed out onto time label receiver 9.
