    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusible acrylic resin compsn. inhibiting reduction of light transmittance, showing high light diffusivity, excellent in its molding's impact resistance, and having an uniform emission light strength. SOLUTION: This light diffusible acrylic resin compsn. comprises 100 pts.wt. acrylic polymer and 0.005-50 pts.wt. composite silicone powder which is a silicone rubber spherical minute particles coated with a polyorganosilsesquioxane resin, and the composite silicone powder comprises 100 pts.wt. silicone rubber spherical minute particle having an average particle diameter of 0.1-100 μm coated with 1-500 pts.wt. polyorganosilsesquioxane. And the composite silicone powder is prepared by adding an alkaline material or an alkaline solution, and an organotrialkoxysilane to an aq. dispersion of the silicone rubber spherical minute particles having an average particles diameter of 0.1-100 μm, and hydrolyzing and condensation polymerizing to coat the surface of the silicone rubber spherical minute particles with the polyorganosilsesquioxane resin, and drying.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dry up aqueous slurry of a hardened silicon resin efficiently and to crush and sort powder particles well by generating a jet air flow having specified inlet temperature and air volume using an annular air flow dryer where the annular section has cross-section of specified diameter. SOLUTION: High temperature jet air flow generated from a fan and heated up to a specified temperature by means of a heater is introduced from an inlet 1 and slurry containing hardened silicon resin and water is thrown inform an inlet 2 by means of a slurry pump, or the like, and then the water containing slurry is fluidized by the jet flow and dried. Pulverization is performed simultaneously by crushing the powder against the powder and the wall face of a dryer and the pulverized and dried powder is collected in a cyclon, or the like, from an upper sorting section 3 through an outlet 4. The jet air flow requires inlet temperature in the range of 100-500 deg.C and air volume in the range of 1-2,000 Nm3/min. Furthermore, cross-section at the annular section requires a diameter in the range of 5-150 cm.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a manicure material excellent in such a viewpoint as easiness to be applied, extensibility in applying, etc., a feeling in using and scarceness in change with time, by including composite powder comprising poly (organosiloxane). SOLUTION: This manicure material is prepared by including (pref. 0. 01-20 wt.%) composite powder comprising various kinds of poly(organosiloxane). It is pref. that the composite powder is prepared by the following steps: (1) adding a catalyst to an oil-based 0/W emulsion containing (i) a vinyl group- containing poly(organosiloxane) and (ii) a poly organohydrogensiloxane to cause curing reaction and to produce aqueous dispersion of the finely divided particle of spherical silicone rubber cured product; (2) adding an alkaline substance or an alkaline aqueous solution, and organotrialkoxysilane to the dispersion so as to cause hydrolysis and condensation curing reaction and then drying, and is finely divided particle with an average particle diameter of 0.1-100 μm of spherical silicone rubber cured product covered with poly organosilsesquioxane.
