摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the subject pharmaceutical, containing a drug effective ingredient in a filmy substrate consisting of a specific polyvinylpyrrolidone polymer and specified vinyl acetate polymer and capable of sustainedly releasing the drug effective ingredient for a long period without any sense of incompatibility in use. CONSTITUTION:A pharmaceutical obtained by containing a drug effective ingredient in a filmy substrate constituted of a substance in a homogeneous state of a polyvinylpyrrolidone polymer having 50,000-1,800,000, preferably 200,000-1,000,000 weight-average molecular weight and vinyl acetate polymer having 25,000-500,000, preferably 40,000-130,000 weight-average molecular weight. The ratio of the above-mentioned polyvinylpyrrolidone to the polyvinyl acetate used is preferably within the range of 2:8-8:2, especially within the range of 3:7-7:3. In preparing the pharmaceutical, the afore-mentioned polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyvinyl acetate are dissolved in a solvent and the drug effective ingredient is then added and mixed therewith. The resultant solution is subsequently cast on a releasable liner, dried and formed into a film to afford the aimed pharmaceutical.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a plaster capable of administering a drug to a diseased part or circulation system of body over a long period and effective in prolonging the action of the drug, by applying a drug-containing tacky adhesive polymer layer having a specific double-layered structure on a drug-impermeable substrate. CONSTITUTION:A drug-impermeable substrate 1 is coated with a drug-containing tacky adhesive polymer layer 2 having double-layered structure consisting of an inner polymer layer 2A compounded with a drug and, as necessary, a release- assistant and essentially free from tackiness and an outer polymer layer 2B compounded with a drug and, as necessary, a release assistant and having tacky adhesivity. The crosslinking density of a prescribed part (e.g. the part between the surface and the dashed line 4) on the exposed surface 3 of the polymer layer 2B is made higher than that of the polymer 2A. The part having higher crosslinking density preferably has a thickness corresponding to about 1/50-1/2 of the total thickness of the tacky adhesive polymer layer or about 3-20mu from the surface 3.
