Thereby the adhesion properties of the second coated film which is built up with the coating on the first coated film is remarkably strengthened by only coating the binder coat on the surface of the coated film without removing the first coated film.

    • PURPOSE:To perform precise inspection easily in a short time by bringing an adapter in tight contact with one of end surfaces between which an organic resin filling part is sandwiched and coating the other with a leakage detecting agent having viscous liquid state, and feeding pressurized gas from the adapter side. CONSTITUTION:The gap 13 between the blade part 11 and rotor disk blade inserting part 12 of a steam turbine is filled with organic resin 5 and then the adapter 14 is brought into tight contact with the end surface of the inserting part 12 while covering the end surface from one side with the charged part between. A pressurized gas feeding means 15 is connected to this adapter 14. The leakage detecting agent is a viscous solution obtained by mixing a caking agent such as carbohydrate, water soluble synthetic resin, and protein and a foaming agent principally and dissolving the mixture in water and this solution is applied by spraying so that the other side of the charged part of the organic resin as the surface of a leakage detection part is covered externally. Air is blown from a pressurized gas feeding means 14 and if foam is produced in the leakage detecting agent 17, a decision on leakage is made.
