Magnetic flux monitoring elements, estimating the magnetic flux passing through a gap between at least one end face of the movable element and the yoke by detecting a magnetic flux density of either the first magnetic circuit or the second magnetic circuit, are arranged at at least two positions out of the positions of inside or proximity of the yoke where dependence of the change of the magnetic flux on the movement of the movable element is different from each other.

The coil 30 is constituted by arranging a plurality of small coils 31 in parallel with each other.
