    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the build up time of the concentration of generated ozone gas by supplying the max. power to an ozonizer from a power source at first and next, supplying prescribed power. SOLUTION: This ozone generating device is composed of the ozonizer 1 generating ozone by silent discharge, the power source device 2 and a cable 6 for supplying power to the ozonizer from the power source device 2. An original starting material for ozone generation is dry air or oxygen. The max. power is supplied to the ozonizer 1 from the power source device 2 by the max. ozone generation signal 7. Next, the prescribed power is supplied to the ozonizer 1 by the ozone generation signal 3 to start the generation of ozone gas 5 from the gaseous starting material 4 in the ozonizer 1. It is possible to reduce one piece of the ozone generation signal by disposing a timer in the power source device 2. The overshoot of the ozone concentration at the time of supplying the max. power is suppressed by arranging an ozone monitor and a comparator of the ozone concentration.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the subject controller composed of a simpler system and capable of directly controlling an ozonizer by a comparison signal between an ozone concentration-detecting signal and a standard signal. CONSTITUTION:A detection signal 1 detected by an ozone concentration detector is compared with a standard signal 4 corresponding to the ozone concentration to be set by a comparator 5 and this signal is sent to the coil part 6a of a relay. The other end of the relay is connected to the positive side of a DC 24V power source. A single-pole relay contact 6b connected respectively to the output of control signal amplifiers 6c and 6d for control of the ozone concentration is connected to the coil part 6a and the common side thereof is connected to an ozonizer 3. To the input of the amplifiers 6c and 6d, +5V voltage is input and the amplifiers 6c and 6d are set to send respectively amplified signals to the ozonizer 3 so that the ozone concentration may be increased or decreased respectively. An expensive controller for control of the ozone concentration becomes unnecessary thereby.

    • PURPOSE:Simultaneously suppress eleventh and eighteenth high frequencies of the low order high frequency while controlling the AC output voltage by deciding suitably the ON and OFF times of a switch element. CONSTITUTION:Diodes 1UD-1WD, 1XD-1ZD, 2UD-2WD, 2XD-2ZD are connected in antiparallel to GTOs 1U-1V, 1X-1Z, 2U-2V, 2X-2Z. A transformer 3 is connected in modified zigzag manner, and a transformer 4 is connected in an open star manner. A unit 20 produces a gate command to the respective GTOs. The phase of the command is decided to enable to suppress the high frequency and to control the output voltages of the converter.
