    • A dispensing capsule has a cap body having an internal recess; a chamber removably snapped into the internal recess of the cap body, the chamber including a flexible actuator and a sealing member sealing a lower portion of the chamber; and a hollow plunger slidingly disposed within the chamber, wherein a top portion of the hollow plunger engages the flexible actuator of the chamber. The flexible actuator is configured to deform and engage the hollow plunger, causing a distal end of the hollow plunger to puncture the sealing member, dispensing an ingredient stored in the chamber. The distal end of the plunger may have a beveled cutting surface. The chamber includes two circumferentially disposed races defining an annular groove, wherein an annular protrusion in the internal recess of the cap body removably engages the annular groove of the chamber.

    • A container having a storage and dosing cap having a body storage chamber that can be used to mix several substances at the time of use. The container is typically a can, pouch, bottle, IV bags, cartons, drums or any type of container that can hold ingredients that are liquid, powder and or gel. A powder, liquid, and or gel stored in the cap body can be activated by pushing or twisting an actuator top area or outer cap area of the storage and dosing cap to be mixed into the container. The actuator which can have none or more than one angle on the bottom area of the actuator can break open the bottom of the storage cap area whether being a line of weakening or a seal with absorbent material or both to release product into a container when manually depressed or twisted.

    • A two piece sealed capsule that is inserted through the wall of a liquid, gel, syrup or powder bearing container said capsule being a receptacle for sealably containing a liquid and/or dry material and a dispenser for releasing the material when desired into the container. The top of the capsule is depressed manually forcing a plunger tube connected to the bottom of the capsule to rip away the bottom and side portion dispensing the material. The present invention allows the use of materials that would discolor, degrade or interact with other substances when added to the contents of the container, to remain stable and/or inactive until the time of use.

    • Ambient data is data created or retained as an artifact of a computer system, rather than by the intention of the user. Ambient data typically includes both textual and binary, i.e., non-textual, data. Ambient data can include information of which the user is unaware and that is of interest to an investigator. Most of the information in the ambient data is not useful, and the large amount of ambient data on a typical computer system can require significant time to review. The system excludes most of the non-useful ambient data by searching for punctuation marks, and then comparing the characters near the punctuation mark with a list of common words in English or another language. The occurrence of words in proximity to punctuation suggests the presence of meaningful, grammatical sentences, which are copied to a second file. The non-textual data is replaced with spaces, so that the second file can be viewed with a commercial word processor.
