    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a precise analysis fitted for a standard with simple method and device by continuously performing a waveform analysis, and accumulating the basic wave of the instantaneous waveform and a Fourier transformed higher harmonic of each order for 30 minutes. SOLUTION: One cycle is divided equally to n-pieces to perform a sampling, the instantaneous waveform is averaged, for example, for one second, and a Fourier series analysis is performed by numerical analysis. A waveform analysis is continuously performed every second to accumulate the basic wave of the instantaneous waveform and the analyzed higher harmonics up to 40 orders for 30 minutes, and the maximum values are renewed and recorded. Thereafter, average values and maximum values for 30 minutes for the basic wave and the higher harmonic of each order, and the average and relative harmonic content to the basic wave are calculated, displayed and recorded. On the other hand, the higher harmonic current upper limit values at voltages of 6.6kV and 77kV are recorded, and an allowable value according to the received voltage and contract power is displayed. Since various data for the basic wave and the higher harmonic of each other, and the allowable value are thus displayed on the same screen, they can be easily compared to each other.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the unloaded excited rush current by obtaining the optimum charging phase where the unloaded excited rush current to be generated in a main transformer of an electric rolling stock becomes minimum by the effective value of the power source voltage on the charging side, the effective value of the change-over section voltage, and the phase difference of the change-over section voltage while monitoring the pattern to charge the power source. CONSTITUTION:A transformer 11 for instruments is connected to a change-over section 8, the pattern is monitored, and the pattern of the power source voltage on the charging side is simultaneously monitored by a transformer 12 for instruments. When an electric rolling stock 9 is advanced to the change-over section 8, a change-over switch 6 on the open side is opened, and the change-over section 8 is disconnected from the power source, and the residual voltage is generated in the change-over section by the induced electromotive force of an auxiliary rotary machine 14 connected to the tertiary winding of the main transformer of the electric rolling stock 9. A change-over switch 7 on the charging side is charged in an interlocking manner after the change-over switch 6 on the open side is opened, and the voltage of a main transformer 10 of the electric rolling stock is boosted. The different power source is charged at the optimum charging point from the voltage value and the phase angle of lag of the change-over switch 7 and the change-over section 8.
