    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CAD data generation device capable of reducing the labor for extracting point group data of a member when generating CAD data from the point group data.
SOLUTION: This CAD data generation device is equipped with a point group data acquisition part 202 for acquiring the position and the shape of an object as the point group data and displaying a point group on a display part based on the point group data, a point group designation part 203 for designating the point group showing the member configuring the object from inside the point group showing the acquired object, and a point group partition part 208 for partitioning the point group data which are the origin of the point group showing the designated member from another point group data. Optional attribute information can be added to the point group data showing the member partitioned by the point group partition part 208, and the CAD data for rendering a 3D-CAD drawing can be generated relative to each attribute information. The 3D-CAD drawing of the whole object can be drawn by combining the 3D-CAD drawings drawn in each member or attribute.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurence of a welding defect by covering a torch tip part with an outer cylinder, which is bisected in the axial direction and connected through an expandable member, and making an outer cylinder tip open/close through oscillation around an axis orthogonal to a torch axis so as to suppress the entrapment of outside air to a groove. SOLUTION: An outer cylinder is such that bisected nozzle outer cylinders 5a, 5b are connected through a bellows 7 having an upper part of narrow width and a lower part of wide width. The nozzle outer cylinders 5a, 5b, while overlapping part of its upper end part, are mounted on an auxiliary nozzle mounting ring 4 of a torch main body 1 and made oscillatable around an axis orthogonal to a torch 1 center axis. Further, the nozzle outer cylinders 5a, 5b are energized to be in an open state on a normal condition. By this method, during welding, lower ends of the nozzle outer cylinders 5a, 5b and both side walls of a wide width groove are kept in a contact state with each other, outside air entrapment in the groove is suppressed. Further, the shielding effect in using a shield gas 8 from a shield gas pipe 9 is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the device, in which deformation of wrinkle in bending part and flattening, etc., developed at the time of bending with high frequency heating can be prevented. CONSTITUTION:One end of the metal tube 6 to execute bending is fixed to an arm 3 rotatable around a rotary shaft 7 and the other end thereof is clamped with a pressing device, and further, this tube is guided with a supporting roll 4. Then, the metal tube 6 is inserted into an annular high frequency heating coil 1 connected with a high frequency power source without any contacting. On outer periphery of the annular heating coil 1, an auxiliary coil 2 is arranged together with the coil 1 only to back side of bending in the tube 6 to be worked. Under this condition, at the time of supplying the constant current from the high frequency power source 5, as the current density conducting the coil 1 and the auxiliary coil 2 is lower than the current density conducting only the coil 1, temp. difference between the back side and the front side in the bending, becomes at about 300 deg.C. In this result, by difference of deforming resistance due to temp. difference in deforming part, neutral axis of the bending is shifted to the back side and thin ned thickness ratio at the back side is restrained, and deformation of the bending part accompanied with the work is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To extend the service life of a welding wire electrification part and to stabilize welding by providing plural rollers to the electrification part and pressing a wire and supplying a heating current to the wire. CONSTITUTION:In nonconsumable electrode welding, the roller type electrification part 9 is arranged to the root of a guide chip 1 and connected to a wire heating power source 8. A nonconsumable electrode 5 is arranged to base metal 6 to be welded and the wire 2 is supplied to the guide chip 1 from a wire reel 3 via the electrification part 9 to perform nonconsumable electrode welding. At this time, fixed rollers 11 and a movable roller 13 are arranged respectively to the electrification part 9 and the pressing force of the wire 2 is adjusted by a pressing force adjustment bolt 15. Since the electrification is executed while pressing the wire 2 via the rollers 11 and 13, wear of the electrification part 9 is reduced. Further, since deformation of the electrification part 9 is prevented, the service life of the electrification part is extended and welding is stabilized.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which makes welding automatic and more efficient and stabilizes the quality of welding by the constitution in which a welding torch swiveled via a sectorial rail on the outside of tubes to be welded is supported by means of a slider and is moved in the central direction of the tubes. CONSTITUTION:A slider 23 is provided movably in the central (o) direction of a pipe 1b to be welded by contacting with a guide surface 19a of a template 29, on a traveling carriage 16 which is moved via a bevel gear 21, a gear 18, etc. when driven by a motor 20 on a sectorial rail 15, and a welding torch 22 is supported via a holder 24 on the slider 23. The carriage 16 is moved on the rail 15 with the above-mentioned constitution, by which the swiveling center P of the torch 22 is formed through the center (o) of the tube 1b on the line at a right angle to the arranging direction of the tubes 1a, b, c and on the outside of the tube 1b. The torch 22 is automatically moved in the direction (o) and an arc voltage is maintained approximately constant, by which the automatic, efficient and stable welding is made possible.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method and welding equipment in which the temperature of a welded part when annealing can be controlled by high accuracy.SOLUTION: The welding method includes: a welding treatment that welds a base material; and a heating treatment in which the temperature of a heat-affected zone of a welded part welded by the welding treatment becomes less than a temperature range of tempering, then the heat-affected zone is heated at the temperature range of tempering by laser radiation at a stage in which welding is not performed at the welded part other than the welding treatment. A second welding treatment in which welding is performed on the welded part after the welded part that has been welded is performed by a heat treatment may be included. The second welding treatment is performed so that the heat-affected zone of the welded part welded by the welding treatment may be in the temperature range of tempering.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform a butt welding of pipe by being hardly affected by heat or moisture inside pipe during welding and by maintaining an inert gas atmosphere in a weld zone circumference over a long period of time.
SOLUTION: The method of butt-welding pipe by using a water soluble balloon comprises: a step (S1) in which a plurality of expanded balloons are set in respective pipes in a manner closely adhered to the inner face; a step (S2) in which joining ends of pipes are abutted on each other, with the inner space substituted with an inert gas environment; a step (S3) of welding the butted part of the pipes; and a step (S4) of melting the plurality of balloons by supplying fluid into the pipes. In the step of setting the balloons, those situated on the joining end side among the plurality of balloons are set to be made away from the joining ends by a predetermined value or over and outside a region deviated from a high temperature region during the welding.
