摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nitrogen monoxide oxidation converter that has a dehumidification function, has a relatively simple structure, can be miniaturized, and can be maintained easily and at the same time obtain an NOx measuring device for measuring a total NOx concentration using the nitrogen monoxide oxidation converter with the dehumidification function. SOLUTION: A nitrogen monoxide oxidation converter with a function for dehumidifying a supply gas and a function for oxidizing NO in a supply gas to NO2 is constituted. A proton conductor 10 is pinched by electrodes 11 and 12 and a voltage is applied to the electrodes by a power supply 13. A gas containing NO and NO2 is introduced into a reaction room 14 from a gas supply port 15, is brought into contact with the electrode 12, thus generating a reaction for exposing a dehumidification function and a reaction for exposing an oxidation function. Then, the NO is converted to NO2 and is led out of a gas exit 16. Also, a detector that responds to the NO2 of the led gas is provided, thus constituting an NOx measuring device.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect carbon dioxide concentration even when the atmospheric pressure is changed by providing a correcting means, calculating the corrected value of carbon dioxide concentration on the basis of the detection of an atmospheric sensor and outputting a correction signal by a correction value calculating part, and subtracting the correction signal from the detection signal of a sensor by a subtraction part. SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide sensor 12 detects carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere and outputs it to a signal output conversion part 13. The conversion part 13 impedance-converts the output signal of carbon dioxide concentration and outputs a detection signal. On the other hand, the correction value calculating part 17c of a correcting means 17 calculates the error of electromotive force of the carbon dioxide sensor 12 caused by atmospheric fluctuation from the correction signal from the atmospheric sensor 17b and outputs a corrected signal as the corrected value of carbon dioxide concentration. A subtraction part 17a subtracts the correction signal outputted by the calculating part 17c from the detection signal outputted by the conversion part 13 and outputs a detection signal. A signal output conversion part 15 outputs the detection signal outputted by the subtraction part 17a as carbon dioxide concentration signal.
