CONSTITUTION:The flow rate of water flowing in a primary water pipe 2 and a secondary water pipe 3 is measured with a flow rate measurement means 1. Accordingly to the flow rate signal from this flow rate measurement means 1, the state of used flow is monitored with a flow rate information display means 6 and the used flow information is displayed. The flow rate information display means is provided with an adding means 7 to add the flow rate signal for every set period, a memory means 9 to store the added values from the adding means 7 in turn, and a display means 11 for displaying, for comparison, the value in the adding means 7 and the added values at the same previous period in the memory means 9. Thus, by displaying the used state of water for each month by comparison information, the recognition of tap water consumption can be raised and the life control of the inhabitants and energy saving can be promoted.

    • PURPOSE:To carry out for sure the shut-off of a solenoid valve while a component is out of order by shutting off a first switching element and supplying the electrical current that charges a condenser to a solenoid valve by means of a second switching element. CONSTITUTION:When a controller 20 outputs a valve drive signal 24 as a pulse signal between O(v) and E(v), a first switching element 32 is ON at O(v) and a charging current iC flows to a condenser 34 is a charging circuit 36. Next, when the valve drive signal 24 is reversed to E(v), a second switching element 37 is ON and the first switching element 32 is OFF. With the second switching element open a capacitor 34 makes a discharge current iD flow through the safety valve winding 6 in a discharge circuit 41. At this time since the first switching element 32 is shut off, the power consumption as seen from the side of a control power source 19 is reduced from that when it is not shut off by 50%. And for troubles of components that constitute the circuits, the opening or short-circuit of the capacitor 34 does not form the discharge circuit 41, and the opening of the diode 35 does not constitute the charging circuit 36 and in the short circuit of the diode 35 the discharge circuit does not go through its winding.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce size and to save a power by offsetting a force, by which a valve body is energized, by means of an inflow pressure through an inflow passage, and driving the valve body, for controlling a flow rate, by means of a slight electric energizing force. CONSTITUTION:When an electromagnetic coil 28 is in a non-energizing state, the flow passage of a flow rate control valve 27 is fully opened and a maximum flow rate is provided. When the electromagnetic coil 28 is energized, a moving core 30 presses a valve body 35 against the force of an energizing means 36 by which the valve body 35 is energized. A flow rate control flange 47 approaches a valve seat 43 and is finally brought into contact therewith to bring the flow rate control valve 27 into a closed state. During above operation, fluid flowing in through an inflow passage 39 is exerted in a reverse direction to each other on a flow rate control flange 47 and a pressure balance flange 48. This constitution erases a valve pressure receiving action by means of a fluid pressure and drives the valve body 35 only by a slight electromagnetic force being high enough to overcome the power of an energizing means 36, and saves a power.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the occurrence of water hammer phenomenon by erasing a force, by which a valve body is energized, by means of an inflow pressure from an inflow passage, controlling a flow rate through a slight electric energizing force, and causing fluid to flow to a minimum flow rate flow passage. CONSTITUTION:When an electromagnetic coil 28 is in an non-energized state, the flow passage of a flow rate control valve 27 is fully opened, and a maximum flow rate is provided. When the electromagnetic coil 28 is energized, a moving core 30 presses a valve body 35 against the force of an energizing means 36 by which a valve body 35 is energized, a flow rate control flange 47 approaches a valve seat 43, and is finally brought into contact therewith to close the flow rate control valve 27. In this case, fluid entering through an inflow passage 39 flows through a minimum flow rate passage 49 to an outflow passage 42 and therefore, the occurrence of water hammer phenomenon is suppressed. Further, since a fluid pressure from the inflow passage 39 is exerted in a reverse direction to each other on a flow rate control flange 47 and a pressure balance flange 48, a valve body pressure receiving action by a fluid pressure is offset. The valve body 35 can be driven only by a slight electromagnetic force capable of being against an energizing means 36, resulting in saving of a power.

    • PURPOSE:To restrict a phenomenon of familiarization in feeling at a body and eliminate a so-called noise feeling for preventing an air blowing sound from hearing music by a method wherein at least one of air blowing conditions (air volume, air pressure, air speed, air temperature or air direction) for an air conditioning operation is varied in response to a sound signal. CONSTITUTION:When starting switches for a car air conditioner and a compact sized disk player 11 are turned on, a compressor 2 of a car air conditioner or an outdoor fan 4 and an indoor fan 7 or the like are started to operate and a sound signal is generated. A zero state of this sound signal is detected by a zero volt switch 13 and then the number of zero volt is counted by a counter 14. A wind control device 15 controls a wind control means 16 in response to a result of counting of the counter 14 and an amount of air in the indoor fan 7 is variably controlled. For example, the number of revolution of the fan motor acting as an air control means 16 is variably controlled in response to the counting result of the counter 14 from time to time, thereby an amount of air of the indoor fan 7 can be varied. That is, a cold air blowing amount of the car air conditioner is varied in cooperation with a sound signal.
