摘要： A polymer composition which is crosslinked and insoluble in radiation curable monomers, prepolymers, oligomers, and mixtures thereof, is suitable for formulation into radiation curable compositions, for example, as binders for formulation in radiation curable ink jet ink compositions. Such crosslinked, insoluble polymer compositions impart improved application and curing characteristics to ink jet ink compositions without loss of acceptable jettability characteristics. The polymer composition may be blended with radiation curable monomers, prepolymers, oligomers, or mixtures thereof, to form a radiation curable binder blend for formulation into a radiation curable ink jet ink composition. A radiation curable ink jet ink composition including at least one crosslinked, insoluble polymer binder composition, a liquid medium and a colorant is also provided.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a two-color filter. The method includes forming a first metallic layer over a substrate and then forming a second metallic layer over the first metallic layer. A patterned photoresist layer is formed over the second metallic layer. A portion of the first metallic layer and the second metallic layer in region not covered by the photoresist layer are removed by etching to form a third metallic layer and a fourth metallic layer over the substrate respectively. An optical film is formed over the photoresist layer and the substrate such that the optical film is able to cover only a portion of the sidewalls of the fourth metallic layer or a portion of the third metallic layer. The extent of coverage by the optical film on the sidewalls can be controlled through careful adjustment of the thickness of the first and the second metallic layer. Finally, the third metallic layer, the fourth metallic layer and the photoresist layer are removed so that an optical film previously attached to the sidewalls of the third and fourth metallic layer remains over the substrate.

摘要： An indentation type hardness tester applies a predetermined force to an indenter and the indenter produces an indentation on a test specimen, and then measures the shape and size of the indentation. The hardness tester has a tester body and different frames. The tester body has a cavity and a magnetic base. The user selects different frames based on measurement needs and installs the frame into the magnetic base of the tester body. The testing head is equipped with an optical imaging system, the front end of the testing head is equipped with a removable load cell, and the front end of the load cell is equipped with an indenter. The indenter, load cell and optical system are coaxially oriented. A motor moves the tester body to perform the indentation.
