    • A memory power management system and method supporting multiple power modes for powering memory channels. The power management system can include a memory controller that controls the memory channel; a throughput detector that detects a requested throughput of the memory channel; a power control logic that determines a desired power mode corresponding to the requested throughput; and a power control device that supplies a desired voltage of the desired power mode to the memory channel. The power management system can include multiple memory controllers for controlling a multi-channel memory independently. The method includes detecting a requested throughput for the memory channel; determining a desired voltage related to the requested throughput; requesting the desired voltage from a voltage device; and applying the desired voltage to the memory channel. In some embodiments, the method only applies the desired voltage if it does not change for a threshold time duration.

    • A medium resource reservation method, a service package information obtaining method, and a service package information obtaining apparatus are provided, which are capable of decreasing resource waste of medium resource reservation. The resource reservation method includes the following steps. A service message carrying Session Description Protocol (SDP) information is received, and the SDP information contains service package information. The service package information is parsed from the SDP information. The service package information is employed for resource reservation. The method can identify the service package, so that the service package processing efficiency is improved, and the resource waste of medium resource reservation is effectively decreased.

    • Methods of lining and/or filling gaps on a substrate by creating flowable silicon oxide-containing films are provided. The methods involve introducing vapor-phase silicon-containing precursor and oxidant reactants into a reaction chamber containing the substrate under conditions such that a condensed flowable film is formed on the substrate. The flowable film at least partially fills gaps on the substrates and is then converted into a silicon oxide film. In certain embodiments, the methods involve using a catalyst, e.g., a nucleophile or onium catalyst, in the formation of the film. The catalyst may be incorporated into one of the reactants and/or introduced as a separate reactant. Also provided are methods of converting the flowable film to a solid dielectric film. The methods of this invention may be used to line or fill high aspect ratio gaps, including gaps having aspect ratios ranging from 3:1 to 10:1.

    • In order to avoid the problem of multiple lines of data not being able to be displayed clearly in a tree structure in a method and a device for displaying a tree structure list with nodes having multiple lines of content, the tree node information is read from the database when a user requests the display of a page. Information such as the line width of the tree node content are calculated and set according to the predetermined length of the content to be displayed in each line on the page and the information of the tree node read from the database. The content of the tree node are written into the page according to the aforementioned parameters. If all of the tree node content cannot be displayed in one line, the content is continually displayed in another line and the tree node is visually marked at the tree node. The marks of the tree nodes are automatically connected together in layers using lines. The content thus is displayed in multiple lines in a tree structure list, and the trunk lines between nodes will not be broken, which allows a user to view the node content in the tree structure list more clearly.
