To the surface of the above shaped article of a thermoplastic resin to which the above cured layer of an addition polymerization type silicone composition does not adhere, there may adhere another cured layer of the above addition polymerization type silicone composition. To either or both of these cured layers, there may further adhere a layer of the above thermoplastic resin, other thermoplastic resin, a silicone rubber, a silicone resin, glass, ceramics or a metal.

摘要： A process camera apparatus for forming a halftone image and a line image on a photosensitive material such as a positive or negative film. The apparatus comprises a base; a transparent platen provided on the base; a light-shielding cover covering the upper side of the transparent platen such as to form a light-shielded region on the transparent platen; a screen device including a contact screen and a screen frame for supporting the contact screen, the screen device being withdrawably disposed on the portion of the transparent platen within the light-shielded region; a pair of rollers disposed adjacent one end of the base and adapted for conveying the photosensitive material into the light-shielded region; and a light-shielded condition maintaining device adapted to maintain the light-shielded condition in the light-shielded region when the screen device is being taken out from the light-shielded region. The apparatus may be provided with a guide plate for guiding the photosensitive material while the same is being fed onto the transparent platen by the pair of rollers.

摘要： A system and method for scoring concepts in a document set is provided. Concepts including two or more terms extracted from the document set are identified. Each document having one or more of the concepts is designated as a candidate seed document. A score is calculated for each of the concepts identified within each candidate seed document based on a frequency of occurrence, concept weight, structural weight, and corpus weight. A vector is formed for each candidate seed document. The vector is compared with a center of one or more clusters each comprising thematically-related documents. At least one of the candidate seed documents that is sufficiently distinct from the other candidate seed documents is selected as a seed document for a new cluster. Each of the unselected candidate seed documents is placed into one of the clusters having a most similar cluster center.

Over an n+-type semiconductor region for source/drain of an n-channel type MISFET and a first gate electrode, and over a p+-type semiconductor region for source/drain of a p-channel type MISFET and a second gate electrode, which are formed over a semiconductor substrate, a metal silicide layer including nickel platinum silicide is formed by a salicide process. After that, a tensile stress film is formed over the whole face of the semiconductor substrate, and then the tensile stress film over the p-channel type MISFET is removed by dry-etching, and, after a compression stress film is formed over the whole face of the semiconductor substrate, the compression stress film over the n-channel type MISFET is removed by dry-etching. The Pt concentration in the metal silicide layer is highest at the surface, and becomes lower as the depth from the surface increases.

摘要： An anisotropic light-diffusing film, an anisotropic light-diffusing laminate, and an anisotropic light-reflecting laminate are provided which are excellent in both light transmittance and diffusivity. Also provided are a lighting equipment and a display device which employ any of the film and laminates and are excellent in light-diffusivity and brightness and in economy, etc. The anisotropic light-diffusing film is a film formed by melt-extruding a mixture of at least two thermoplastic resins incompatible with each other. The film has parallel light ray transmittance of 20-85%, haze of 10-80%, glossiness of 10-70%, and ratio of the vertical-direction diffusivity to the horizontal-direction diffusivity of transmitted light of 1.3-6.0. The anisotropic light-reflecting laminate comprises a light reflector and the anisotropic light-diffusing film laminated over at least one surface of the reflector. In the laminate, diffusivity ratio, reflectivity and diffusivity of reflected light satisfy respective specific ranges.
