SOLUTION: This controlling device for an auger for discharging grains in a combined harvester is constituted by installing hand operating-type operating means S1 to S4 directing commands for the operation of the rotation and lifting up and down of the auger 7 for discharging grains based on a machine body, a controlling means 19 actuating actuators 13, 14 for the rotation and lifting up and down of the auger based on the commands from the operating means S1 to S4, and a rotating position detecting means Ry and a lifting up and down position detecting means L3 for detecting the rotated position and lifting up and down position of the auger based on the machine body, and setting a regulated region at a set height or lower region in the set rotating range of the auger based on the machine body so that the controlling means 19 performs the control of an invasion prohibiting regulation for prohibiting the invasion of the auger 7 into the prohibited range K based on the detected information by the rotating position detecting means Ry and the lifting up and down position detecting means L3, and providing a hand operating-type cancelling means D for cancelling the invasion prohibiting regulation by the commands from operating means S1 to S4 so as to allow the invasion of the auger.

The controlling operation is stopped when the ground height of the reaping part is higher than the prescribed level and the duration of the state is shorter than a prescribed period and the horizontal control of the body is performed when the ground height of the reaping part is higher than the prescribed level and the duration of the state is longer than the prescribed period.
