摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the outer shell structure of a buried tunnel which can be effectively produced by providing a reinforcing material having multichamber structure for the placing of concrete between an outer plate and an inner plate. SOLUTION: A reinforcing structure having a multichamber structure is formed between a steel outer plate 1 to form the outer surface of a buried tunnel and a steel inner plate 2 to form the inner surface of the above tunnel. The multichamber structure is formed by attaching steel partition plates 3, 5 for forming many chambers to the outer plate 1 and the inner plate 2 through welding. In addition, a through hole which make each of chambers R mutually communicate and allows the circulation of a concrete 4 at the time of placing the concrete 4 is formed in a partition plate 35. The concrete 4 is then placed in each of chambers R. The number of partition plates provided for forming many chambers between the outer plate and the inner plate can be reduced in comparison with the case where a usual stud or reinforcement is used to sharply reduce mandays.

At this time, both ends of the stopper 7 are loaded on the support brackets 10a-10c so that the stopper can rotate about the axis of a span shaft, and the stopper is adjusted to the direction of external forces acting on the chain 4 to prevent excessive bending moments or unnatural loads from being applied to the chain.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the corrosion of a steel material in a wall body due to the intrusion of rainwater by bending one steel plate, in which studs are implanted, in a U- shape, placing concrete, preparing a U-shaped steel-plate concrete wall, turning over and inverting the wall and setting the wall at a specified position. CONSTITUTION:Studs 2 having the length of the clearance of walls, the inner clearance of oppositely faced steel plates, are implanted at the predetermined locations of one steel plate 1 in a factory. The steel plate 1 is bent in a U shape in a fixed bend radius at a specified position. The steel plate 1 is placed onto a bottom force 3, a top force 4 is pushed against the steel plate and pressed down by a rod 5, and the steel plate 1 is curved in the U shape. The steel plate is curved, and the push rod 5 is drawn out upward and the top force 4 in the horizontal direction, then completing press. The U-shaped steel plate 1 is installed into steel-plate hold-down forms 6, the head sections of the studs 2 and the opposed steel plate 1 are brought into contact, and side end-section forms 7 are mounted and concrete 8 is placed into an internal space formed by the U-shaped steel plate 1 and the end-section forms 7. Placed concrete is cured, the steel-plate concrete wall body is carried to a cite, and turned over at 180 deg. and set at a predetermined location, thus forming an inverted U-shaped precast steel-plate concrete wall body.
