    • PURPOSE:To carry out precise measurement on the real time basis by setting a magnetic sensor from the measuring position so as to confront a proximity shield cutter disc to which a plurality of bar magnets are attached, and sensing the disc rotating angle of a bar magnet tube and the sensor output. CONSTITUTION:A boring pipe 4 is protruded from the measuring position 1, and a magnetic sensor fixed at the tip is set confronting a cutter disc 11 of a proximity shield 10. Linear magnet members 12, 13 are installed alongside a V-shape opening symmetrically outward in the radial direction of an apex angle 2alpha where the apex lies at the point F at a spacing D from the rotational center 0 of the disc 11. The disc 11 is rotated, and the proximity outputs of the magnets 12, 13 are sensed by the magnetic sensor to serve for calculating the rotating angle of the disc 11. The coordinates for the magnetic sensor are calculated on the basis of this rotating angle obtained, spacing D, and the apex angle 2alpha. The distance L2 from the disc 11 is measured from the size of the output of the magnetic sensor, and the distance L from the position 1 is determined. Thereby the positon of the proximity shield 10 can be measured with high precision and sensitivity on the real time basis.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a reinforcement and the inclination of an end mould by providing plural pressure jacks to operate separately from the end mould and to apply a pressure to the concrete placed between the end mould and an inside mould, to the end mould. CONSTITUTION:After an excavation is finished, a propelling jack 5 is contracted to withdraw one end-mould 3a to the position a reinforcement 6 is assembled, to a facing side. Then a joint reinforcement 10 is inserted to a joint reinforcement insertion port 11 provided at the end mould 3a, and the reinforcement 6 is assembled. And after an inside mould 8 is assembled by using an erecter 7, the jack 5 is extended to fix the end mould 3a to the inside mould 8. The same works are repeated to other end-moulds, and the inside mould 8 and the jack 5 are expanded every time. Furthermore, after a concrete 13 is placed inside the mould, the pressure of the concrete 13 is detected by a pressure gauge, and a desired concrete pressure jack 4 is extended or constracted to apply or reduce the pressure until the concrete 13 gets a specific pressure.

    • PURPOSE:To mix two kinds of liquid carrying different flow rates by inserting a hose for the non-return valve fixed at the upper flow end to the external circumference of the injection tube for (B) liquid flowing at a smaller flow rate in such a way that the hose may cover the injection hole. CONSTITUTION:(A) liquid flows to the mixing tube 14 through the charging tube 1 and (B) liquid flows from the charging tube 3 into the injection tube 5, by the liquid pressure of which, the ball 9 for the non-return valve is moved forward to discharge (B) liquid out of the injection hole 6. The said (B) liquid flows through between the external circumference of the injection tube 5 and the internal circumference of the hose 7 for the non-return valve, pushes and expands the end of hose 7 for non-return valve, and flows into the mixing tube 14 to mix up with (A) liquid. As the head section of the bolt 12 for pressing the spring is larger than the outer diameter of hose 7, (B) liquid hits the head section of the bolt 12 pressing the spring, reflects and is injected to the direction of radius to be mixed up uniformly with (A) liquid flowing in the outer tube.
