    • PURPOSE:To prevent an auxiliary lanyard from being entangled so as to perform the smooth recovery of an anchor by pulling the anchor up from the crown side of a shank by a second auxiliary lanyard at the time of recovering the rooted anchor. CONSTITUTION:On board, a heavy bob is opened to enclose a main lanyard 42, then closed and locked, released from a hand and dropped being guided by the main lanyard 42. When the heavy bob reaches a first fastening device 10, a release lever 32 is detached from a locking claw. With the tensile force of the main lanyard 42 through a first auxiliary lanyard 56, the rod 66 of a second locking device opens a cutout part, to thereby release a shackle 86. An anchor 80 is therefore pulled up from the crown side of a shank 82 by a second auxiliary lanyard 88. The mutual entanglement between a second main lanyard 50 and the first auxiliary lanyard 56 is thereby prevented by a guide 54. The rooted anchor 80 can be thus released easily by winding the main lanyard 42.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a chain and a wire from being entangled with each other, and enable the smooth operation of the wire even when the chain is twisted by projecting a wire guide within an angle area enclosed with each chain comprising a plurality of approximately elliptical rings, and inserting a flexible wire through the wire guide. CONSTITUTION:A chain 100 comprises elliptical rings 102 connected to each other, and each ring 102 is connected at an angle of 90 deg.. Also, an annular guide 104 is so fixed to each ring 102 as to be located within the same plane enclosed with the 90 deg. angle of the ring 102 when viewed in a lengthwise direction. The guide 104 has a single wire 106 inserted and the wire 106 has suitable elasticity for preventing the twist of the chain 100 and allowing the easy handling thereof. The chain 100 is used, for example, for releasing an anchor. Furthermore, the upper end of the chain 100 is connected to the release lever 32 of the first hooking device 10, and the upper end of the wire 106 connected to the pin 34 of the device 10.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to release an anchor caught by a root or the like by connecting a main cable between a ship deck and an anchor shank, and by additionally laying an auxiliary cable for releasing the engagement between the shank and a fluke. CONSTITUTION:The body 112a of a lock key 112 is normally pressed toward a cam plate 108 by the urging force of a spring 114 so that it is engaged in a cut-out 110 in the cam plate 108, and accordingly, fluke 104 is fixed in a predetermined acute angle condition with respect to a shank 102. In this arrangement, when an auxiliary cable 116 is pulled, the lock key 112 is returned overooming the spring 114 so as to be pulled out from be rotated in an angle range over 360 deg. together with a shaft 106 so that the fluke 104 may be released from an object to which the fluke 104 is caught on the sea bottom. Thus, it is possible to release the anchor caught by a root.

    • PURPOSE:To make the pulling up of an anchor easy by attaching the anchor so that its rear end may take its position nearer to the lower end of a loop shaped rope than a middle between the lower end of said rope and a locking device to lock said lower end. CONSTITUTION:An anchor is sunk into water on such conditions that a rope 12 whose one end is fixed to a locking device 14 is looped over a shank 52 through guides 66, 68, 70, and an eye part 16 at the lower end of the rope 12 is locked on the hook member 58 of said locking device 14, and moreover a stopper 72 keeps the side of the shank 52 under tension. In pulling up the anchor, when a weight 20A is made to fall along the rope 12 from a board, a lock lever 60 rotates counterclockwise to release the hook member 58 from itself, and the eye 16A becomes therefore free. When the rope 12 has been pulled up then, the eye 16A is locked by a ring 70, and the anchor 18 is pulled up from its tip side with a nail 50 facing downward. The nail caught by a rock or the like therefore easily leaves it, and thereby the anchor can be simply pulled up.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate recovery of an anchor when the anchor is hooked by forming a stock, located to prevent the fall of an anchor, with a stock rod capable of being dropped during breakage and a holding member to hold the stock rod to the anchor. CONSTITUTION:An anchor is provided with a shank 10 having a round ring 12 which is located at the one end and to which a rope is tied and a pair of side plates 16 on both sides formed approximately in an isosceles triangle. The side plates 16 on both sides are welded together by means of upper and lower coupling plates 18 to integrally form a whole. A plateform claw 20 is welded to the outer side of each side plate 16, and a stock 24 is inserted in each of holes 22 formed in the two side plates 16. In this case, the stock 24 comprises a holding member 26 inserted between the two side plates 16 through the shank 10 and stock rods 28 inserted in the two ends of the holding member 26. The stock rod 28 is made of wood or plastic, and its strength is set to a value enough for breakage and a drop when a force exceeding a given value is exerted thereon.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify structure and to improve productivity by mounting a hook device, to which a lock lever unlocked through strike of it with a weight dropped in a state to be guided by a main cable is mounted by means of an axle, in the middle of the main cable running from a ship hull, and using the main cable in common with an auxiliary cable for recovery. CONSTITUTION:In a hook releasing device for an anchor, a hook device 10 coupled to a main cable 14 guided from a ship hull is provided with a lock lever 22 unlocked through stroke of it with a weight 40 dropped in a state to be guided by a main cable 14. The opposite crown side of an anchor 38 is coupled to the lock lever 22 through a second main cable 34, and the crown side of the anchor 38 is coupled to a body 12 of the hook device 10 through an auxiliary cable for recovery. In this case, the main cable 14 is also used as the auxiliary cable for recovery. In the hook device 10, the lock lever 22 is mounted on the tip side of the one side of the body 12, which is mounted on the main cable 14 and movement in the direction of the tip of which is regulated, by means of an axle. The lever 22 is locked through engagement of a lock pin 26, protruded outwardly from a free end through energization of a spring 22c, with a hook member 28.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the pawl section of an anchor from biting, and to facilitate the raising of the anchor, by locking a mooring cable to the anchor at the side remote from the pawl section thereof and to the shaft of the anchor, thereafter by connecting the free end of the cable to the intermediate section of the cable itself through the intermediary of a removable hooking device which may be released. CONSTITUTION:A mooring cable 12 is connected to an anchor on the side remote from the pawl section thereof, and as well to the shaft of the anchor, and is extended such that the free end thereof is connected disconnectably to a hooking device 4 to form a loop. The disconnection of the cable may be made such that a weight 20 is allowed to descend from the board of the ship through the cable 12 and then to abut against the hooking device 15. It is possible to allow the pawl the pawl section of the anchor to exhibit a sufficient gripping force under such a condition that the free end of the cable 12 is connected to the hooking device 14. Upon raising of the anchor the connection between the free end of the cable 12 and the hooking device 14 is released under the action of the weight 20, and the anchor 18 and the pawl section may be pulled out from each other in the opposing directions, thereby it is possible to prevent the pawl section of the anchor from biting.
