CONSTITUTION:An iron case 1 is composed of a box part 11 and a lid 12; a transformer content 20 which is composed of an iron core 2 and a winding 3 is housed in it. The case is filled with the mixture of siliceous sand 5 having a prescribed particle shape with an epoxy resin 6. In a completion state, the epoxy resin 6 is hardened, and the iron core 2, the winding 3 and the case 1 including the siliceous sand are united. Thereby, a possibility that air bubbles are generated in the transformer content is reduced. In addition, a size change due to the temperature change of the molding resin and the case is reduced, and the molding resin and the case are hard to strip.

    • PURPOSE:To improve heat radiating property without lowering dielectric strength by hot and cold stress by a method wherein insulating particles are filled in an outside case until the main body of an electric apparatus is buried therein. CONSTITUTION:Insulative particles 6 are filled up in an outside case so that the main body 100 of an electric apparatus, consisting of a core 2 housed in the outside case 3 and a winding 1, is buried in the particles and the particles come in contact with the cover of the outside case. After the insulative particles have been filled up, the outside case 3 is once evacuated by the evacuation valve 10 which is connected to a vacuum pump. At this time, the gap among the insulative particles 6 is also evacuated. Subsequently, the evacuation valve 10 is closed, and insulating gas is charged to the prescribed pressure from the gas-charging valve 11 which is connected to a gas cylinder. As a result, all gaps in the outside case, including the gaps among the insulating particles 6, are filled up with insulating gas, the gas charging valve 11 is closed, and a completed transformer is obtained.

Also, either of a pair of metallic plates holding individual layer coils 5A and 5B (double-pancake winding coil), that is 1B, is held at the same potential as that of a bridging part 6 on the outer circumference side, whereas another one 1C is held at the same potential as that of a bridging part 17 on the inner circumference side. Accordingly, a potential difference between the individual layer coils 5A and 5B and the pair of metallic plates 1A-1C is reduced to the equal value to the alloted potential of the individual layer coils 5A and 5B and a substantial reduction of the thickness of an insulating coat of a superconducting coil conductor becomes possible. Also, by forming a composite material comprising heat-hardening prepreg sheet layers on both sides of a plastic molded material, an inter-plate insulating layer having a higher-level insulating performance can be formed.

    • PURPOSE:To enable quick curing without any thermal effect upon a molded electrical appliance by introducing into the space filled or impregnated with a photo-setting resin a beam via the photoconductive means wherein the tips of photoconductive fabrics are distributed, and cutting off the photoconductive means after the photo-setting of the resin. CONSTITUTION:A photo-setting resin 9 is filled in the case 2 of an electrical appliance 1 and an irradiation beam 20 is irradiated from the side of a liquid level 9A, thereby making the photo-setting of the resin 9. In this case, a bundle 11 comprising a plurality of photoconductive fabrics is used and one end thereof is made a photo-sensitive surface 11A. Also, a photoconductive fabric 12 at the other end is branched into the form of tree branches having random length. Furthermore, the tips of the branched photoconductive fabric 12 are so arranged as to be scattered in a space to be filled with the photo-setting resin 9. Then, an irradiation beam 20 is applied to the resin 9 for the hardening thereof and the bundle 11 of the fabrics is cut off at the position of the liquid level 9A. According to the aforesaid construction, it becomes possible to transmit a beam even to a position behind parts, a space between the layers of a metal conductor and the like. Consequently, a photo-setting resin mold can be formed by the irradiation of light for a short time, without any thermal effect even upon the molded electrical appliance 1.

Only the photosetting adhesive agent coated on the recording parts is thereby first cured by the photoirradiation, then the two transparent substrates 1A, 1B are joined via the central part and the peripheral part. The generation of the defective adhered points and voids in the adhered parts is obviated and the moisture resistance is improved.

Then, after performing curing treatment, the mold is released, and the bosses 22 are pulled out. In the hole 11 left, the portion remaining in the buffer film 4 is filled with a rubber adhesive and the outside portion remaining in the mold insulation layer 5 is filled and sealed with room temperature setting adhesive. It allows a mold insulation layer without local stress concentration to be formed, and a resin mold inductor which can withstand severe conditions is obtained.

Accordingly, the size and the winding width (w) of the tabular coil 10 can be maintained in a highly precise manner so that the residual stress of tabular coil, which is becoming to spread to outside by the recoiling force of a winding, is restricted by the tensile strength of the face direction of the adhesion sheet, and also the disorderly winding caused by exfoliation can be prevented. As a result, when a saddle-shaped coil 15 is formed by bending the reinforced tabular coil 10, with the adhesion sheet positioned inside, along th outer circumferential surface of a dielectric tube 2, the saddle-shaped coil 15 can be formed easily without deformation of the coil and disordered winding.

At first, the conduction is started setting a voltage and a current at 65V and 55A and hardening reaction of the casting material 4 is started by heat developed of the coil 2. In case of a molded transformer coil of the capacity, it can be released from the die 3 in 220min.
