    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation and vibration-proof sheet, surely reducing sound and vibration, and having fire resistance.
      SOLUTION: This sound insulation and vibration-proof sheet includes: an outer layer 2 formed of a resin sheet 22 provided with a metal coat; an intermediate layer 3 stacked on the resin sheet 22 side of the outer layer 2 and formed of high-specific gravity inorganic fiber-made sheet; and an inner layer 4 stacked on the intermediate layer 3 and formed of low-specific gravity inorganic fiber-made sheet. The inner layer 4 (the low specific gravity inorganic fiber-made sheet) functions as a sound absorbing layer, whereby the sound and vibration are absorbed and damped without causing reflection. Further, the intermediate layer 3 (the high specific gravity inorganic fiber-made sheet) functions as a sound insulating layer, whereby transmission of sound to the outside can be restrained. On the other hand, the outer layer 2 functions as a fire resisting layer to thereby prevent burning. Thus, fire resisting performance can be secured and while transmission of sound and vibration to the outside is restrained, sound and vibration can be reduced.
