摘要： PURPOSE:To secure data transmission even if an optical transmission line is damaged by providing the titled network with an optical transmission line for connecting respective local stations(LSs) with a master station (MS) like a loop, individual radio communication means between respective LSs and the MS and a backup optical transmission line connected between the LS incapable of radio communicating and the MS. CONSTITUTION:The master station(MS) 12 is connected to respective local stations(LSs) 13-1-13-4 through optical fibers 14 consisting of two cores like a loop, respective LSs 13-2-13-4 are connected to respective radio transmitters 15-1-15-3 and the MS 12 is connected to radio receivers 18-1-18-2 corresponding to the radio transmitters 15-1-15-3. The LS 13-1 is arranged in an engine control room and a backup optical fiber 19 consisting of two cores is connected between the LS 13-1 and the MS so as to be used only when radio communication is disabled. The optical fiber 14a is usually used for data transmission between the LSs and the MS, and when the optical fiber 14a is damaged, data transmission is switched to the optical fiber 14a. When damages g1, g2 are generated on the fibers 14a, 14b for instance, a loop circuit is formed by the optical fibers 14a, 14b among the MS 12 and LSs 13-1, 13-3, 13-4, but the LS 13-2 is disabled to execute data transmission ased upon the optical fibers 14. At that time, the impossibility of data transmission is detected and the radio transmitter 15-1 is driven. When damages g3, g4 are generated on the optical fibers 14a, 14b on both the ends of the MS 12, connection between the MS 12 and the LS 13-1 is switched to the fiber 19 and radio transmitters 15-1-15-3 are driven.

This signal is received by each ship in a transmitting direction and each receiving ship transmits its own inherent code toward the transmitting ship from a response transmitter 3 and an antenna 50. The transmitting ship side uses the time gate corresponding to the distance from the destination ship to selectively extract only the response signal of the partner ship and knows the inherent code thereof. Thereafter, this inherent code is used to perform mutual communication to open the channel between both ships.

On the other hand, a pulse group which has been generated from an X and transmitter-receiver 20 is emitted from an antenna 7 through an exclusive path in a triple rotary joint 8a, and a receiving signal returned to the transmitter- receiver 10 from the joint 8a. As for the received radar video, the sea clutter is compared by an X band and a Ka band by a processor 11 and eliminated.

A receiving signal outputted from a transmitter-receiver 30 is inputted to the inside of a reflector signal extractor 40, and a phase inspection reference signal is outputted from a coherent oscillator 41. As a result, the receiving signal is brought to a phase detection 43, A/D-converted 44, and a reflector signal is extracted by an MTI eraser 45, brought to a unipolar conversion 46, and sent to a reflector computer 50. In this computer 50, after it has been confirmed to be a reflector signal by a digital 1kHz filter 51, a relative position of the reflector 10 is determined, inputted to the inside of a navigation computer 60, and an absolute position of the own marine vessel is calculated.

CONSTITUTION:A radar antenna 10 is mounted on the stabilizer 20 comprising an actuator 21 and an angle transducer 22. The actuator 20 holds the antenna 10 nearly horizontally at all times. The stabilizer 20 is controlled by a stabilizer 40. The stabilizer controller 40 consists of a control angle calculator 41 receiving an angular signal from a vertical gyro 50 and operating the control angle and an angle comparator 42 inputting the control angle and a feedback signal from the angle transducer 22 and outputting an angle control variable to the actuator 21. Thus, the antenna is kept stable, then a small antenna with a small vertical beam width is enough and the memory capacity of the radar is small.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the appropriation of original data on a data base by adding an error to the data on data base by a foul data output means and displaying them when a foul operator is discriminated. CONSTITUTION:When an ID card 10 is inputted, a processor 21 compares the code of the card 10 with a code stored in an ID code memory 24 and judges a foul operator when no coincidence is obtained between both codes. Thus the processor 21 outputs a trigger signal for foul state to a processor 31. The processor 31 reads out data with an access given to a data base 32 when a start command is inputted from a keyboard 33. Then the processor 31 adds a prescribed error addition function to the data on the base 32 in response to a random number corresponding to the digit number produced from a random number generator and displays said data on a display 34. As a result, the foul operator judges the normal data based on the display contents although this data is actually defective. Thus the normal original data on the base 32 is never appropriated.

At the same time, the processor 31 carries out the program operation of an abnormal data correcting means based on a command given from a keyboard 35. A data comparing means 41 compares the data on the bases 32-34 with each other and an abnormal data deciding means 42 decides an abnormal base data when no coincidence is obtained from said comparison. A data correcting means 43 uses the data on the data base having the highest weighting to correct the abnormal data on the relevant data base.
